To apply you must have either:

A) A legally obtained net worth in excess of USD $1,000,000

OR

B) Earnings of at least USD $200,000 for the past three consecutive years.

You will be required to invest USD $500,000 in a regional project in return for which you will be eligible to receive a Green Card for yourself and any dependants under the age of 21. This immigration option, while open only to high net worth individuals, gives one the freedom to work, run a business or retire in America.
