Dear Russell and Delphine,
I just wanted to let you know that we passed the interview!
The interview was very quick and nice. I would like to thank you for all your help with regards to our investor case.
Although the process took rather long, but was precise and complete , and It truly could have not been done without your help.
Our family are so happy with the service your firm provided, and have the feeling that we are not just clients but friends.
Everytime I had a question, Delphine got back to me right away, either by Telephone or Email,
and I never felt left alone to deal with any difficulties.
I'm very much pleased with service your firm provided and the manner you attended to us during the course of our
investor application for Quebec immigration which only demonstrated your utmost professionalism.
Sincerely yours,
Rasoul

A Warm Testimonial from Nigeria
I had tried to apply for migration to Canada twice myself without the assistance of a legal advisor.
At each occassion, I couldn't continue with the process due to the nature of my job.
I got to know Delphine through a friend, Joe over lunch while we were discussing life in Canada and a possible migration.
I was happy he did as it turned out to be more than I expected.
I communicated with Delphine (Del as she is called) the next day and expressed our desire to relocate to Canada and how
I got to know about her. After my discussion with her over the phone, she advised me to send her an email so that we
could get started. This I did immediately as I was convinced after the discussion with her that she can do for me.
The process of submission of my document and that of my family was a bit hectic and I almost gave up but, Del was
always there to make things easier than I expected. She is more like a friend than a legal advisor. She calls me even on
weekends to follow up on things that she needed to assist in the processing. She is always there to listen to whatever
I have to say and she always finds a way to make me feel as ease at the end of the day.
Our sincere and warmest THANKS go to her and I won't hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends that will be
interested in relocating to Canada. Our thanks also go to Desiree as she is always there to advise and assist whenever Del is
not around.
Finally to all the staff of Avatar Immigration Inc., we say THANK YOU for making our dream come true.

To the team at Avatar Immigration:
I have never been a wordsmith and I this has taken me ages as there is so much we are doing with our new home in Maple Bay, on Vancouver Island that it has been very hectic since we occupied our home on Vancouver Island.
My wife and I, have also attached a couple of images, one is off our old house and the second is now our view here on Vancouver Island. You may ask what is the relevance of the Maple Bay view, well without your help we would not be living where we are now with this wonderful view.
Now with regard to the testimonial here is what we have as feedback for the Avatar Team. As I sit here in my home and gaze out the million dollar view I recall the day I first wrote to Russell Monsurate wondering what would be awaiting us in terms of our future challenges and our migration plan to make Canada our new home!
Using Avatar Immigration has turned what my wife and I had feared would be a long, gruelling and difficult process into a pleasurable experience.
We found Russell and his highly professional and knowledgeable team to be a pleasure to work with. His enthusiasm was contagious and we actually confirmed this when we met Ryan, Desiree and him on our first visit to Vancouver.
Every step of the way we have had their full support and any questions we may have raised (there have been many) have been answered promptly and efficiently.
Not only did we find real enthusiasm and support but this came with a personable service, so rarely found in companies nowadays. I even ended up nick naming Russ the "Oracle" when I realized many of the predictions he made with regard to the processing of our case were timely and accurate.
There are sections of the process that can be quite intense and somewhat confusing, using Avatar Immigration Inc's
expertise and experience has proven to be invaluable. They helped to simplify the relevant questionnaires, helped us create the criteria and guided us step by step through the entire process.
We received regular updates on the progress of our application as well as accurate forecasts as to how long before the next stage would be completed.
It gives us both great pleasure to recommend Avatar Immigration to anyone considering using them as they gave us a service second to none with a personal touch, in short 'Total peace of mind'.

Dear Del & Russell,
We'd thought about emigrating to Canada for a number of years before finally taking the plunge in February 2006. The next step was to decide do we 'go it alone' or do we 'go with an immigration consultant?' After lots of research , Avatar Canada were recommended to us by a previous Client, so we decided to get in touch. This was the best decision we could have made!
It's hard to express our gratitude in words, save to say, we cannot thank you enough for helping to make our dreams come true. Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism, understanding and especially support. You expertly guided us through the immigration process, always on hand to promptly answer our questions and offer advice, working tirelessly in the background. Now, here we are only 2 years on with our passport requests from London.
It's been a rollercoaster ride with us sharing many ups and downs. When we needed it, you always gave us reassurance and hope particularly through our most difficult time when in March 2007 Simon was diagnosed with CML. We thought our dreams were shattered but you helped us tremendously both professionally and personally....we feel stronger for this experience. The service you provide at Avatar is second to none and we would not hesitate in recommending you to help others realise their dreams!!

Dear Russell,
There are three main reasons I want to move to Canada:
1. I value the opinion Jim Rogers who has this to say on the British Pound.
2. The 50% tax rate
3. If the Labour party wins this year I figure I've got a few weeks to get out of here. If the conservatives win I might have 18 months for them to get their feet under the table.

To: The Avatar Immigration Team
Firstly we would like to say a big thank you to all of your team at
Avatar, for making our dream come true to live in Canada.
We knew our case was a very complicated and a trying one, but with your
patience and endless help you guided us through each step of the process
very smoothly. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for any of you,
with our countless questions, e-mails and phone calls which you always
answered very prompt, you even contacted us by phone when you needed
prompt information. We really didn’t think we would be hearing the great
news requesting our passports so early, with many issues along the way.
Even when we were asked to provide a child Educational Psychologist Report
for our youngest daughter, Russell showed us great concern and care and
offered us advice, both my wife and I were very touched by his comments
and kindness. Now we have received our passports with the stamped visa and
we are planning to move in July 2010.
We would like to truly recommend Avatar Immigration to anyone planning to
move to Canada, they would be in very safe hands with Avatar from the
first e-mail or phone call, you will not be disappointed in anyway.
Finally we just want to say what a lovely, kind and considerate family
Russell has, which always acted in a highly professional manner throughout
our case.
Once again many many thanks to all of you and your team at Avatar.

We would like to thank Avatar for guiding us through our Immigration
process. We now finally have our Permanent Residency Visas, and it is due
to the help from Delphine and Desiree that we have achieved this.
We chose Avatar for their friendly approach, and even though we are in
the UK our emails and phone calls were answered promptly, this is what
made the whole immigration process run smoothly without complications.
We now have a child on the way and we are looking forward to starting
our new life in Alberta. We would recommend Avatar to anyone that is
looking to immigrate to Canada. Dealing directly with any Embassy is a
fairly complicated and unsure process.
Avatar prepared us for every eventuality so that we could go about our
lives and be confident that our immigration process was taken care of.
Thank you again,

Dear Russell, Delphine, Desiree, Ryan and AND the whole Team at Avatar
We would like to say a very BIG THANK YOU to YOU ALL for all of your
wonderful help in our quest for a better future.
When
we started out on this journey - only two and a half years ago - it seemed
like our dreams were so far away and we even wondered (at times) if it
they would ever come true, but now here we are in such a short space of
time - thanks only to you - with our medicals all booked and ready to make
that all important jump into our new adventure.
Throughout
this journey Avatar were always on hand with never ending expert help and
guidance, always quick to answer any queries, even when they must have
answered the same questions a million times already - and
sometimes Russ actually contacted us in what would have been the early
morning hours Vancouver BC local time , no doubt with the help of his
always full cup of Tim Hortons!!
For this we can only say "Thank you" and we owe you a mug of the best
coffee (Tim's of course!!) money can buy.
We are extremely grateful to you all for the support and expertise which
has always been offered, and is still always on hand, even though we are
now nearing the end of our journey with you.
Best Regards and Many Thanks to You All

It is my pleasure to share my experience with you and I hope you can
get something useful from it.
I
first decided that I wanted to migrate to Canada in 2005. We knew that it
was very important that we get everything right the first time, because
application times from Singapore were 4 years for skilled workers.
The last thing I wanted to do was put in an application and wait 4 years
only to find out that I was not granted a visa. I can't imagine how
difficult it must be for people in India or China who have to wait up to 7
to 12 years to discover if they've qualified or not.
My mother always told me that one should never perform brain surgery on
themselves and so I looked for a professional that could help my family
and I make it through the process safely.
I came across many different consultants on the internet and it they
all offered different programs and different advice as a solution.
It made it really hard to find a consultant that would be just right for
me and my family.
Luckily,
I came across Avatar Immigration. It was a Canadian based company
which made me feel a little safer, and more importantly it had three
certified consultants who were family members working together. I
really liked the fact that a family had been able to work together so well
and that they had so many glowing testimonials from past clients.
I gave their office a phone call and spoke to Russell and was very
happy with what I heard. Here was a company that actually cared
about their clients. The choice was made.
Avatar applied for a PR visa for my family (husband and three kids) in
Oct 2005 at CIC Singapore (I was assessed on the old system).
During the entire 4 year application period, I got their full support,
with for example, answering my emails promptly and giving me excellent
advice on how to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
Of course there were challenges along the way. One of them was my low
IELTS result. My English language fluency was moderate, but I had to
bring it up to fluent.
This is where Avatar Immigration really shone. Russell Monsurate (the
president of the company) acted not only as an Immigration Consultant but
they also like a best friend to me. He even called me long distance
from Canada to Indonesia just to encourage me to study hard to increase my
IELTS score. He also taught me strategies to prepare for and excel at
exams. The effort that he put into helping me (which was above and beyond
what he was contracted to do) helped me pass the exam! I got 14 out
of the maximum of 16 points which helped me exceeded the CIC requirements.
The most important take away for me from this whole experience was the
final result of obtaining a permanent residency visa for my family and me.
I was really shocked and surprised when I received an email from my
Consultant stating that I did not need to attend an interview (which saved
me about 6-8 months in additional processing time). This means
I can skip ahead to the medical exams now (which I just did yesterday). It
truly was a wonderful surprise.
If you would like to move to Canada, please save yourself a lot of time
and give Avatar Immigration a call. With their professional help
your case will be a success! I wish you the best of luck and hope to see
you in Canada very soon!

Dear Russell,

My name is Gopi and it gives me a great pleasure to write this
testimonial for “Avatar Immigration Inc, Canada”. We can not express in
words how grateful we are for your professional services; commitment and
support in helping us open a new door and begin a new and exciting life in
Canada. We are really glad to have completed this Permanent Residency
process through your firm. We've always felt that you guided us through
the whole process with great efficiency and confidence. You were always
very quick to answer the many questions we have asked, and we really
appreciated your immediate response to all our queries.
We will be glad to recommend Avatar Immigration Inc to anyone looking for
a reliable and trustworthy Immigration Company that goes above and beyond
what can normally be expected. You have always gone the extra mile to get
the latest updates from CIC regarding our file status and informed us in a
timely manner.
Your service was always prompt and to the point and the information given
was thoroughly checked.
We would be really honored to recommend Avatar Immigration Inc. to anyone
who has great expectations and I would like to quote “If any one is
interested in moving to Canada, please do not waste your time in looking
for the agent… just leave your hopes in the safe hands of Avatar
Immigration” you will not regret your decision.
You have really helped us in shortening the wait period by requesting the
interview waiver and receiving the final disposition within 4 months of
submitting the final documents in lieu of 9-12 months. This is really
great work.
Finally I would like to thank each and everyone at Avatar Immigration and
special thanks to Delphine, Desiree and Russ for a job well done!!

Dear
Desiree,
Your email last night changed everything for me. Although the
weather here in the North of England is rather grim and damp, to me every
thing looks pretty.
I am overwhelmed with joy and with the excitement of starting a new

Thanks
to your unrelenting support and help I have accomplished something that
will change everything for me and for better.
I'll like to extend my gratitude to everyone there at Avatar Immigration
who has
been involved in this enduring journey of over three years in order to
help me arrive at the end of the rainbow. Rainbow is the colour of

I
am especially grateful to Desiree who made the feat possible for me. I
want you to know that I appreciate your efforts in my case and your
patience for putting up with me and my sometimes unrelenting volley of
emails.
I finally made it through and it might not have been possible without the
help of the AVATAR team.
I'd
also like to thank you all there on the behalf my parents who are over the

I'll stay in touch with you folks and would love to have a cuppa in your

Once again thanks a lot and bless you all!

Today is one of the happiest days of my life!
It is a very sweet surprise from God early on a beautiful Friday morning.
I have nothing to say except what an excellent job everybody who has been
working hard on my case has done, especially Russell. He is really my man.
I can’t figure out how my case would have turned out in another person’s
hands.
When everybody (including myself) believed that I would not succeed in my
IELTS test, only Russell did believed that I would and he was right.
He was never too tired to reply to my emails, answer my questions or keep
my spirits up.
Thank you, thank you, thank you very much!

This is just a quick email to let you know that our visas have arrived
safe and sound. We have tied up our loose ends in the UK, including

cars etc, and we are flying to our new life in Canada on Thursday of this

We are all very excited, and can't wait to enjoy Canada and all it has to
offer.
I just wanted to let you know, as none of this would have been possible
without all your invaluable help and assistance and want to thank you
personally and

We
decided to immigrate to Nova Scotia, Canada 3 years ago. We did some
research on the net, and came across Avatar Immigration.
Although we knew that we could do the paperwork ourselves, we felt that it
was really important to get it right, as we did not want anything to get
in the way of achieving our dream. We contacted Avatar Immigration, and
right from the beginning they were great.
They sent concise instructions all the way through the process, and were
very helpful with any questions or queries. From our experience, we can
honestly say that we would recommend them to anyone who is undergoing the
immigration process.
It is a long and arduous task moving from one country to another, so for
the paperwork side to be done so efficiently made things easier.
We have been in Canada on work permits since August last year, and have
just received our PR visas.
It has been a long journey, but one more than worth it, and one that
myself and my husband would not change for the world. We are living our
dream life here in Canada and could not be happier.
Thanks to all the team at Avatar Immigration.

Three
years ago I was desperate to move to Canada and all my previous efforts to
file an application and to get anywhere with the processing stage met with
resounding failure. I had been living in the UK for the past two years and
despite it being a great country I did not want to spend the rest of my
life languishing on this small Island. I started looking for professional
help to file my application for Canadian PR and get a positive result from
CIC office. I found a few professional bodies within Canada willing to
take me on board in order to assist me in my immigration application.
However,
it was the personal touch I received in the string of correspondence I
exchanged with Russell and Del that convinced me to put my trust in
AVATAR. Now looking back over the three year period as I am nearing the
end of the journey I know that this trust has paid great dividends. I have
just received instructions from the office of High Commission in London to
pay my RFPR fee and complete the medical examination. The fact that I did
not have to travel for a personal interview with the immigration officer,
is a huge recognition of the efforts that the staff at AVATAR put in
presenting my case. It’s been a long journey but not that long if you
think about the rewards.
Over
the period of the three years Delphine and Desiree stayed in touch with me
and reassured me every time my hopes began to falter. I appreciate from
the depths of my heart the patience that Delphine displayed especially as
she never showed any sign of frustration at the constant barrage of my
queries I sent her. I’d say it is this personal bond that I developed with
the team at AVATAR that helped my meet my dream of making Canada my home.
By keeping a strong channel of email communication the AVATAR staff made
sure that I did the right thing every time I was required to make a
presentation at CIC office in terms of documentation. It felt as though I
was gettin g
face to face assistance. Desiree and Delphine never ceased to provide me
with written instructions and covering letters at every stage of my
application so I will say that I owe those two my hearty gratitude.
Last but not least, I am very much looking forward to have a cup of tea
with Russell at his office in Vancouver and a handshake with all the
members of the staff for without their constant and unwavering assistance
I wouldn’t be here where I am now, happy and proud.
It is because of this quality of trust and friendship from AVATAR, that I
will be recommending all my friends to get in touch with them for a
successful completion of the Canadian immigration Process. Finally I will
need their help in the near future when I will be bringing my British
Boyfriend to Canada as my lawful partner.

Dear Russell, Delphine, Ryan & Desiree Monsurate,
First let me preface this by saying that after the first person we hired
botched up our immigration case we were really concerned about ever being
able to repair the damage done.
As you know failed cases are kept on file with CIC for decades and so we
didn’t know how we could possibly approach immigration to Canada having
failed in an application already.
After receiving your most recent email I must say that it is a great
pleasure to write you today. We cannot put into words how grateful we are
to Avatar Immigration for making our dreams come true and for how
thoroughly professional you were in handling our immigration case.
We really appreciate your high degree of professionalism shown as well as
the inordinate effort you put into our case. It showed a high degree of
dedication to the task at hand.
Not only did our case pass with flying colours, but we also received a
full waiver of interview saving us many months of processing time as well
as the hardship of getting on a plane to attend an interview overseas.
We know the path you took in processing our case was well organized. It
proved the experience of your organization was unquestionable. We will
recommend Avatar Immigration to all of our friends and family who intend
to migrate to Canada.
Thank you once again for the excellent service rendered to us by your
staff to achieve this very major victory in our life.
God bless all of you!

All
I can say is what a professional and friendly company AI is! These
guys do NOT ask for any money upfront and are completely honest as to
whether you have good prospects of immigrating.
The decision to immigrate to another country is not one to be chosen
lightly, it seems very daunting indeed but once you are serious about it
the BIGGEST decision is choosing the right company that will help
you.
Going
by our wonderful experience you should look no further than AI.
Thanks to Desiree Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate (and the rest of the
team) we were guided painlessly through the process.
They do all the hard complicated work for you and inform you as to what
documents and information that is needed.
It is as simple as that!
The manner of communication is extremely professional but very friendly;
it almost feels like a family member is guiding you through the process.
My wife and I cannot thank the staff at Avatar Immigration enough for all
the effort and hard work that must go into presenting each and every case.
A
big thank you once again to all at AI who have now made our dreams come
true.
If only the world was as honest and caring as AI what a place it would be!

Dear Delphine and Russell Monsurate,
I got hired by a company even before I landed in Canada!
I met my girlfriend, now my wife through the internet. Many people didn't
think it would last, because my girlfriend was in Canada and I was in the
UK.
We didn't agree. We knew we had to be together, and after many
visits, and painful separations, we are finally together. This is all with
many thanks to Delphine, Russell, Ryan and Desiree Monsurate as well as
all the support staff at Avatar Immigration.
Throughout the process for immigration Delphine and Russell guided me
through all the paperwork, the doubts, the worries, and reassured me that
everything would work out, even though our case was complicated.
I had an interview in London, which is unusual for a spousal case, but I
was more than prepared for it by the team at Avatar Immigration. All
I can say is that t hanks is nowhere near what I can say to Delphine and
Russell for all the hard work they put into our case, and support, beyond
what I could have expected from an Immigration Consultancy Firm! .
Kind Regards,

Dear Russell and Delphine Monsurate,
First, I want to praise God that I am now a Canadian Permanent Resident.
It's been a long journey for everyone.
My sister referred me to Avatar Immigration. She and her husband really
liked everyone at the company.
I first got my file number on August 2004. I should have gotten my
Permanent Resident earlier. But some problems arose because I didn't
follow the advice given by Mr. Russell Monsurate. Even though I made some
mistakes; the staff at Avatar Immigration continued to help me with the
process. I had doubts about getting my Permanent Resident Visa, but
Russell and Delphine never stopped supporting me with all their comforting
words. They were strong advocates for me.
Thank you Russell, Delphine, Desiree and Ryan Monsurate as well as
everyone else at Avatar Immigration for your all of your hard work and
dedication. You have made my family's dreams come true. Thank you
for never giving up on my case.
I strongly recommend everyone who wants to pursue their dream of going to
Canada to choose Avatar Immigration.

For as long as I can remember I have had wish to move to Canada. My
mother's twin sister has been there for 30+ years and them coming home for
holidays and a few visits there has always given me the desire to move
there one day.
Having spoken about it on and off with my wife Allison we had considered
but never done anything about it, then in 2004 we saw an add for
immigration in the paper by another immigration company. At this point we
checked their website and sent away for our free assessment. We then got a
phone call to say that they didn't think my professional qualifications
would be considered and although Allison had a degree, she did have enough
experience so we not be eligible to apply.
After a couple of days feeling disappointed we had a little think and then
after doing some research thought that we would try another two or three
company's, That's when avatar grabbed our attention an email from Russell
Monsurate was very positive their company fee's were more competitive from
the ones that we had seen, At that time we decided if we were to apply we
would use avatar, unfortunately with two small children Baillie 2 and
Caitlin 7 and in the process of moving home we put it off although stayed
in touch with Russell asking question back and forth.
Eventually in May 2006 Russell had asked if we were serious about it? It's
the best thing he could have done for us, we decided we were and started
the process. Russ then introduced us to Delphine and then Desiree who have
both helped immensely. And thanks to the three of them we are now sitting
waiting on our passports coming back with visa's.
Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Avatar to help with
your immigration process, these are some of the things they did for us.
*Properly packaged and represented our application in the best possible
light. (we were worried about points and their attention to detail made
sure we had the points required, and explained away a few driving
misdemeanors that I had).
*Quickly and very politely answered all our emails. (believe me you will
have wobbles during the process and the reassurance from Avatar is the
best thing for them)
*Kept us up to date whenever something new happened.
If you are thinking about Canada I would urge you to give Avatar a try.

Federal Investor Testimonial
Lynn
had visited Alberta and stayed in Peace River for six months twenty years
ago. She’d nearly married a Canadian. I had first visited Vancouver and
Banff in 1969 as a student on vacation and then been to Montreal and
Ottawa on business in 2004. Coupled with the fact that our close friends,
the Peake family, had emigrated to Canada from the UK in 2003 and were
loving it in West Vancouver, we knew we wanted to return and see if Canada
was as beautiful and as inviting as we remembered.
So in August 2004 Lynn, I and our
four young sons came on holiday to stay with the Peakes in the British
Properties and we fell in love with Vancouver straight away. What a
contrast from the UK - mountains and beaches within a short drive,
friendly people, a clean welcoming airport, lower costs and spectacular
views all around. We felt this had to be our future.
When we returned to the UK we
looked into the application process for permanent residence, only to find
the CIC web site showed alarming processing times of three years!
Nevertheless, in September 2004 we filled in all the forms and paid the
money for entry on a Skilled Worker basis. At the age of 55 with two
university degrees and a lengthy career in the IT industry I believed my
points total would just qualify. Then we waited and waited and waited.
Disaster! Two years and five
months later, in February 2007 the letter arrived from the CIC saying I
had too few points and there was no room for appeal. Our dreams took a big
tumble.
At this point I realised I needed
help – professional help. So we searched the web for immigration experts
and came up with a few names – but one in particular caught our eye as it
was based on Vancouver’s North Shore. This was when we first came across
Avatar Immigration and we contacted them by email. Soon Ryan Monsurate was
on the phone and we talked through the options available to me and how I
could speed up the whole process of re-applying. Time was of the essence
because by now my two eldest sons were starting A levels and GCSEs, so
Canadian university entry was becoming an important factor as there was no
way we would leave them in the UK.
Ryan introduced me to the
Entrepreneur and Investor Programmes and spelt out the various routes I
could take, including provincial nominee and federal programs. Whereas
some of the Provincial nominee programs looked like they might be the
quickest, I really wanted to head to BC but without the necessity to set
up a business of my own with employee constraints. So we settled on the
Federal Investor Programme and Avatar took control of the application
process. From here on we were in Ryan’s and Delphine’s safe hands as they
coached me through the form filling and ensuring I had all the necessary
backup documents, photographs and reference materials. I realised that if
I had used Avatar three years earlier I wouldn’t have wasted my time,
emotion and money on a rejected application.
So here we are. It’s November
2008. Thanks to Avatar Immigration, CIC has now approved our Investor
Programme application, my whole family passed our medicals in July and our
passports are with the CIC in London for them to enter the Permanent
Residence visas.
We plan to land in Vancouver in
July 2009, when my eldest son has completed his A levels, and depending on
real estate prices we will either buy a house on the North Shore or we
will head for Kelowna, which we visited in the summer of 2008. Kelowna’s
lake and wineries provides the lifestyle we are looking for and the
University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) is close by.
Our thanks go out to Ryan,
Delphine and the entire support team at Avatar Immigration, for getting us
to Canada in the end.

Dear Russell, Del, Ryan and Desiree,
My wife Simer's and my Canadian immigration application is now near
completion and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all at
Avatar Immigration, especially Russell, Del, Ryan, Desiree for your
tremendous support, advice and friendship during the last three years.
Below is our testimonial that we hope goes some way to reflect our
experience in using your services and how enjoyable the whole experience
has been.
My wife and I came across the Avatar Immigration web site three years ago
after a lot of searching. We nearly made a mistake in choosing someone else
but thankfully we chose AI. As a double check, I phoned the AI offices and
was most impressed with Russell's professionalism, knowledge, reassurance,
friendliness, positive and confidence approach which assured me this was
someone I can trust. The numerous testimonials from past clients on the web
site gave us further confidence to proceed with our application with AI.
Last but not least, the AI web site is a mine of information and links
about Canada.
As soon as I put in our application, Del got on with our case and I got
tremendous support and advice which at times even included email responses
over weekends and phone calls. Del clarified a lot of things regarding the
application and made a lot of very useful and constructive suggestions to
get us through the maze of the application. I thought it was just a
question of filling a few forms in, but it included much more than that.
Overall, Del helped me to put together a very thorough professional and
comprehensive application to make our case as strong as possible.
Being honest, after I put in our application and carrying on with my
research about Canada, over the next six months my wife and I had at times
'second thoughts' and this got to stressful levels. At these times it was
most reassuring to be able to talk things through with Russell Monsurate
and Ryan. This is was extremely valuable and not something you can do if go
it alone on your application with the CIC!
Whilst the application was going through, I NEVER had to chase AI on
anything - they were always proactive.
True to their word at the beginning of our application, they tried their
best to get us a waiver of interview and succeeded. This saved us a
tremendous amount of stress, cost, time and perhaps most importantly
removed any risks of things going wrong at the interview although I was
very confident in getting through it if need be. We were totally surprised
and delighted when all we were asked to do was go for our medicals!
Whilst the CIC application processing times are quite long, we see this
with hindsight as quite beneficial and it has allowed us to view our move
with a much greater perspective and consider a lot more options. We are
currently waiting for our visas from the London, UK CIC office.
In summary, Avatar Immigration is second to none and you will find it very
hard if not impossible to find anyone better.
Just some of the keywords that spring to mind and define AI are:
Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, supportive, caring,
friendly, dependable, reliable, honest, trustworthy, etc.
If anyone is thinking of using AI, they are second to none and you will
not find anyone better. Please do not make a life time mistake by going to
someone else!
God bless you all at AI and thank you for your help and friendship.

Dear Russell, Desiree & the team at AI
Had a crazy couple of weeks since we were stunned by your email. What a
year! All the excitement started in March when we received a request for
updated information. This meant we knew wheels were turning.
Before we expected it an e-mail arrived requesting us to go for medicals.
You would not believe how we felt; nervous and excited at the same time.
The time had actually come to do the one thing we were dreading; the whole
process was completed in a day and the relief when the doctor told us we
were all fit and healthy was tremendous!
It seems like no time at all has passed since the medicals, when all of a
sudden I was looking unbelievably at an e-mail entitled Final Disposition
Received. I think we have both been in a state of shock lately and the
realization that our dream can finally happen is so real and frightening
that we can hardly think straight.
Last Tuesday we took the children to Liverpool to renew their passports,
'took our son to have his broken wrist cast removed on the Wednesday and
traveled to London on the Thursday to hand in the passports. Since then we
have trawled the internet looking for jobs, houses, schools etc. We
feel like we are caught up in a whirlwind like Dorothy from Wizard of Oz
and are waiting to land in Canada.
Sorry to ramble on, but I am just trying to convey the sense of speed we
have felt as we went through the process this year.
We are eternally grateful to all at AI for the professionalism and
efficiency which they have shown throughout the whole process, but there
is much more to AI than we ever could have hoped for!
When we initially started our hunt for immigration consultants we found
numerous and when we contacted them they all seemed efficient and
knowledgeable, but when we found Russell Monsurate we felt there was an
instant connection. Russ phoned us in the UK and made us feel real instead
of some detached details on a cold stark form.
Our relationship has grown since then and whenever we have been worried or
concerned, Russell, Desiree or Del have always been swift to reply with
either an e-mail or phone call to allay our fears and smooth the trail
before us.
I urge anyone reading this to take a moment to realize how this down
to earth friendly approach to life and it's problems has helped us to live
our life with no stress or fuss and given us a feeling of inevitability
born from the confidence and pragmatism of Russ' knowledge.
If you wish for friendly voice and a hassle free process, I can highly
recommend Avatar Immigration. Russ has even invited us for a coffee in
Starbucks in Vancouver when we land. How great is that?
I hope this reads as sincerely as the way it is intended.
We would like to send all the team at AI our warmest regards and best
wishes for the future.
May you long continue in your vocation; you do make dreams come true!

We thank God for the day we stumbled upon russcanada.com. From then on
everything was smooth sailing! Always quick to respond, attention to
detail, thorough as anyone could ever be, helpful, professional,
sensitive, personal, friendly, supportive, kind.. these and more are what
come to our mind when we think of Russell, Delphine, Desiree and all of
the staff at Avatar Immigration that has helped us fulfill our dream to be
in Canada.
We got our file number in less than 2 weeks and exactly 3 years from
then our passports are on our way to Canadian High Commission to be
stamped!
We were in touch by email and even met in person with few people who were
promising the same end objective but somehow we were not comfortable with
them. So when we first got an email from Russ, the warmth, comfort and
confidence that we felt was such a contrast to the other people that we
dealt with.
Even before signing up, there were so patient with all our questions.
And in spite of being overseas in Canada, I can confidently say that the
guidance that they provided far outweighed any face to face guidance that
the other people we dealt with had provided.
We were delighted at that time to get our file numbers in such a short
span of time; the sole reason attributed to this is the experience and the
knowledge of the Avatar team.
Even though we hoped that our interview would we waived like all the
client testimonials, we were still amazed when our interview was actually
waived!
I strongly recommend everyone who wants to pursue their dream of going to
Canada to go through Avatar. They would not disappoint you... and that’s a
promise!

Yesterday was one of the highlights of my life. I received a
letter to get my immigration visa. This will be the start of my
dream; a dream to start a new life in a better place, with a fresh
beginning and new hopes, with visions of a beautiful future for me and my
family. And this dream would not have been possible without Avatar
Immigration.
When I started my quest about 4 years ago, I needed someone to guide me
in the process. I did not want to leave anything to chance. I decided that
the advantage of having professional assistance far outweighs the money I
save if I do it alone. After all, my objective was immigration to Canada
and not saving money.
I searched on the internet for immigration consultants and short listed a few
of them. One company that stood out was Avatar Immigration.
Avatar has been very helpful and professional throughout the process.
Things became more complicated when I got married but adding my wife in
the application was a breeze with their help.
In particular, I would like to thank two staff:
First is Del. She is always prompt and detailed in her replies to my
queries and very knowledgeable about the immigration process. She has been
very professional and encouraging throughout.
Second is Desiree. She has been very sweet and patient in handling my
case, especially during the tedious process of updating my forms and
adding my wife in the application
If you are reading this and still undecided, I would encourage you to give
Avatar a chance to become your partner in achieving your Canadian dream.
I will soon be living mine and I truly thank God for leading me to Avatar.
Thanks guys.

My sociology teacher used to call it deferred gratification. That’s
when you want something so badly, unlike other people who are rushing
ahead, you are willing to wait and be patient to get to your prize!
I’ve wanted to immigrate to Canada for a long time and thankfully, unlike
some, I had an advantage to help get me there. That advantage was Avatar.
They have been there every step of the way with words of encouragement and
their professionalism is next to none. Delphine mentioned in an email once
that they are happy to be dream catchers. She is absolutely right that’s
what everyone who works at Avatar is. If your dream is to immigrate they
will work tirelessly on your behalf to make that happen. My dream is now a
reality. I had notification of my medicals in record time and plan to be
in Canada by the end of 2008.Words just don’t seem enough to say how happy
and grateful I am to Avatar who have enabled me to reach my prize. But I
have to say Delphine, Desiree, Russell and Ryan. THANK YOU.
If anyone is reading this and they have wanted to move to another country
and start a new life. Choose Avatar it will be one of the best decisions
that you have ever made.

London, United Kingdom
It
was in September 2006 after another day at our busy restaurant; Susanne
and I were relaxing on our lanai in Englewood Florida. I received another
email from my US lawyer with regard to renewing my US visa. The rules have
changed again; in order to stay in the US I must now show a larger than
ever profit, I must also always return to the UK to be interviewed and
that London will take up to 18 months to look over my paperwork, so, I had
better hurry up and get my visa paperwork in, or if I would pay an extra
thousand dollars, they could apply to reissue my I94 for 2 years
(permission to stay) in 3 months, what would I like to do, the only
downside was if I wanted to leave the country for any reason , someone
sick in the family then I could not come back until I had the visa.
This was just one of an endless barrage of notes sending the paperwork
to London was a risk because there was no guarantee that they would look
at it in time, don’t worry my lawyer said just go home and wait. How am I
supposed to run my business whilst sitting in London, I don’t know, but if
you pay the extra thousand dollars on top of the 6000 fee we can get your
stay extended and then you can apply to London and all will be well. I had
had enough! Staying in the US if you are a legal alien was becoming
increasingly difficult and expensive, we are not allowed to have a drivers
license for more than one year, if you arrived in the last year or so you
will not be eligible for credit, or be able to get a mortgage.
I had wanted to go to Canada for a number of years but was not sure if
Susanne wanted to or not, I knew that she loved Canada as we had visited
and had wonderful vacations in Campbell river and Victoria, so we talked.
Susanne was born in Syracuse New York and only came to Florida when her
parents moved down here. She spent a lot of time in Canada, and loved it;
she also missed the seasons, only something you realize when you live in
Florida for a while! So we hunted on the web for information. We found a
wealth of information asked each other if this was what we really wanted,
the other choice would be the UK, which I would have loved but Susanne was
unsure. We eventually stumbled across Avatar’s website. After having only
dealt with US lawyers for the past 6 years, I was expecting the usual
response; want to know more, then, pay me first! So I was truly amazed
when the phone rang and Russell Monsurate was on the line, this just does
not happen in the US unless they have a large retainer, and are billing
you at least $250 per hour just to say hi. From there on in we were both
truly impressed with everyone at Avatar, our questions were answered
promptly and there were a lot of them, we were treated with kindness,
patience, and more importantly respect.
The first step is to fill in a lot of paperwork which can seem daunting,
details like where you have lived since you were eighteen, which,
depending on your age and memory retention skills can be tricky!! However
by November we had completed all the paperwork gathered all documents and
sent the package to Delphine. Delphine, what can you say, this lady is
truly a treasure! It did not seem to matter how dumb my questions or at
what time of day, whether it was a weekday or the weekend, she always
answered promptly, courteously, and helpfully. By Dec 15th we had received
our file number, which in itself was amazing. We knew the long wait was
ahead. Like anybody else waiting we would email Delphine in the hope that
she may have received some news. She always responded with words of
encouragement, Russell took the time and trouble to telephone and put our
minds at rest that this is a waiting game and to just not worry. He always
took the time to send interesting articles suggest books, even therapy for
my migraines, and yes I read the books and tried the therapy for my
migraines, truly service beyond the usual going on here!
On December 21st 2007 I returned home to find a message to phone A1
immediately, it was 8 o clock my time which is 5 pm Vancouver time, and I
wondered if anyone would be there, it was the Friday before Christmas.
Ryan answered the phone and in his usual polite and helpful manner, said
that Delphine had news, but had left it was Christmas after all, I knew
what it was or I hoped I knew so I then paced around the room waiting to
here. It was the news that we have been waiting for we had been accepted
and best yet INTERVIEW WAIVED. I was so excited it was almost pathetic,
the best Christmas present ever!
In January of 2008 we applied for our criminal records, attended medicals
and sent all paper work off accordingly. All that was left was to wait for
immigration to finalize these things and then we would get the call to
send in our passports. That call came on April 30th, again we ran around
the room like two over excited children. Today is June 6th we have in our
hand our passports with a Canadian visa in them, WOW this is not a dream!
All that is left is to finish packing up our belongings and start the
journey to our new lives………… just being able to type those words seems
surreal……….WOW.
So to everyone at Avatar…..especially Delphine and Russell thank you from
the bottom of our hearts for everything, thank you for putting up with our
funny little ways and for always showing true professionalism and kindness
it is a rare quality! We would recommend Avatar in a heartbeat and are
very glad that we found you on that night back in September 2006. See you
in Vancouver our NEW HOME!!!!!!

Eureka! I think she’s done it!!!
After
nearly 2 years of false starts, brick walls, and numerous delays, I now
hold a work permit for a company here in beautiful Squamish, BC, Canada,
the country in which I have resided as a tourist for the past two years!
Woooo-Hoooo!!! The joy that I feel is beyond words! Love is bursting from
my heart and all those moments of fear and doubt and despair seem
laughable now! Life is good!

If you have read my previous post you will know that I am eternally
grateful to Russell, Ryan and the
whole AI team for so many wonderful things in my life, for so many giant
leaps forward in my life, and not just in the immigration sense. Once
again, my heartfelt thanks go out to the AI team, in particular Ryan and
Russell Monsurate, for their continual support, effort and patience with
me “and my process”! They never tired of working with me and changed tact
again and again to help me reach my goal of becoming a Canadian Permanent
Resident, including making suggestions for possible avenues for me to
“speed up the process”.
When Russell asked me to write about the pr ocess
over the past 2+ years I agreed without hesitation. I'm so grateful to him
and his team, and so incredibly grateful for all of my life that I am
happy to share it. I love where I am in my life right now AND, most

Note:
On the tourism commercials they tout BC as “the best place on earth” and I
believe it, in fact, I live it! If anyone is considering Canadian
Residency, especially in BC, I would be happy to discuss my love of BC or
my experiences with AI and the residency process with you.
My love and thanks once again to Russell, Ryan, and all of the team at AI,
and to Claire for introducing us! I feel extremely blessed and lucky to
have them in my life and know I would not have had this success without
them.
Today is the day! :) This is the very beginning of a whole new world, and

May everyone follow their hearts and find the joy that resides there!

It
was a day in July 2006 when we decided to make enquiries with Avatar
Immigration and it has proved to be a day that we never regretted.
Like most people, we surfed the net and contacted a few agents but were
astonished with either the unfriendly approach received from our enquiries
or just the fact that you knew that it was another money-spinner agent who
would grab your money and run. That though was not the feeling we received
when we contacted AI.
We approached AI for a number of reasons: (i) leading staff are well
qualified and experienced as well as Members of the necessary immigration
councils; (ii) Russell Monsurate's resume; (iii) leading staff are the
Monsurate family; (iv) high success rate of completed applications; and
(v) they offer a reasonable and fair fee structure.
From day one their approach was refreshingly honest and open to us; they
provided us with all the answers to our questions and allowed us our own
time to make the most important decision of our lives. We immediately knew
we had found the right agency and so we decided to take the next step with
them by completing their initial long questionnaire. Within a couple of
days they had contacted us to advise that we should be eligible to
immigrate to Canada.
At this time, we did waiver a little as it was now when we would have to
part with our well-earned savings for AI to take our application the next
level. We had further conversations with one of their consultants, Ryan
Monsurate who advised that their success ratings were very high and that
if they thought our application would not be worthwhile, then he would say
so. One of the reasons that attracted us to AI was their high success rate
and of course, the many testimonials to reinstate this fact. So, we agreed
to appoint them as our immigration consultants and the process began.
Within a month or so, we received our file number - just as AI had
predicted :-)
Around 15 months into the process we filed an application under the Nova
Scotia Nominee Program with AI. Three months later, our phone rang
and it was Ryan. It wasn't unusual to have a call from him as he often
kept in contact with us but it was a big surprise to hear what he had to
say!
He had rang to advise that our application to the Nova Scotia Nominee
Program had been successful and that with this certificate our immigration
application should now take flight and join those nearing to the end of
what can only be described as an immigration turmoil if you don't know
what you are doing! We hope to receive our permanent residence visas by
the end of this year!!
Wow.... you could have knocked us both over
with a feather! It was the best news ever!!!
We were ecstatic - we still are!!
We owe so much to AI in getting us through the immigration process with
success in such a short space of time too. To this day, we NEVER regretted
once appointing AI as our agents. Apart from their professional approach
and exceptional experience in this field, they never faulted once on their
promise to "hold our hands". Ryan knew our case inside out and never gave
us an indication that he couldn't remember who we were - this on its own,
is a rare commodity in today's business world.
One additional thing that make AI unique is that they treat you as a
person, not a file, and we believe this is because they truly understand
their clients' hopes and dreams and plan to achieve the goals of their
clients to the best of their ability. Avatar Immigration are genuinely
honest and reliable and we are so proud to have known them too. Thank you
Avatar, you're the best!!

Dear Del & Russell,
We'd
thought about emigrating to Canada for a number of years before finally
taking the plunge in February 2006. The next step was to decide do we 'go
it alone' or do we 'go with an immigration consultant?' After lots of
research , Avatar Immigration were recommended to us by a previous Client,
so we decided to get in touch. This was the best decision we could have
made!
It's hard to express our gratitude in words, save to say, we cannot thank
you enough for helping to make our dreams come true. Thank you for all the
hard work, professionalism, understanding and especially support. You
expertly guided us through the immigration process, always on hand to
promptly answer our questions and offer advice, working tirelessly in the
background. Now, here we are only 2 years on with our passport requests
from London.
It's been a rollercoaster ride with us sharing many ups and downs. When we
needed it, you always gave us reassurance and hope particularly through
our most difficult time when in March 2007 Simon was diagnosed with CML.
We thought our dreams were shattered but you helped us tremendously both
professionally and personally....we feel stronger for this experience. The
service you provide at Avatar is second to none and we would not hesitate
in recommending you to help others realise their dreams!!
Kind Regards,

permanent residents of Canada!!

Back
in April 2005 we made the decision to try and make our dreams come true.
But first we had to find a company that could help us.
We came across Avatar’s website and immediately felt comfortable. They
were very professional and above all else honest and they did not want
their entire fee upfront, so our journey began.
By June 2005 we had our file no and now we just had to wait. As many of
you will appreciate you have so many questions to ask and when ever we
contacted Avatar they were there to help. Even on occasions when we mailed
at the weekend the replies were instant.
On our third research trip we arranged to meet with Ryan (on a Sunday –
his day off) it was nice to put a face to the name.
Although there are no guarantees we honestly felt that with Avatar working
on our behalf we had given ourselves the best possible chance of living in
Canada and in March this year (2008) we had our interview waived and were
called for our medicals. This for us we felt was the last hurdle. We
passed and expected to wait for another 3 to 4 months but to our surprise
just under 4 weeks later we received the best news ever – we were in and
they wanted our passports.
We cannot thank the team at Avatar enough, Russ, Ryan, Del and Desiree you
done everything you said you would do and more and I would recommend you
to anyone about to embark on their journey. You are worth every penny.

The day after the TAX DAY in USA, we had an appointment at the Canadian
Embassy regarding our immigrant application. We were very nervous. The
appointment was in NYC, only 45 min away. We had butterflies in our
stomach. We didn’t know what to expect from them.
We were outside the building on 6th AVENUE at 7:30am, even tough our
appointment was at 8:30am. There were couple of people outside the
revolving door, that opens at 8am. We were out side the building and it
was chilly. At 8 am, when the door opened, a few people rushed in and ran
down the stairs as the embassy was in the basement. We and few people were
left behind. We were told by the security guards to wait upstairs and
outside the building till some one calls us.
We were told to stand on the walkway by the street next to a lamppost
as we are waiting for a bus or taxi. There were no signs on the street for
the Canadian Embassy.
Around 8:15 am the same guard came and started giving instructions for
visa applications, pictures and payments. Then we were escorted to the
consulate down stairs. We went thru the check point and were given the
ticket to wait for our turn for the interview. We were the first for the
interview.
We were praying for the better. Our number was called and we went into
the small interview room. The lady introduced her self, but forget the
name. I introduced my self. She was very nice and pleasant and had sense
of humor. She explained that she called because some things in the
application were not adding up, and needed clarification.
The passing numbers was 67. We went through the application. She
directly went to the education and certificates and the years that we had
put on the application. It was an error while filling the application on
our behalf. The year on the Business Administration Degree was listed as
1992 instead of 1990. We explained her that. After that she asked about
the entry to US. I gave her the copy of my I-94.
She was satisfied and after that she wanted to established the relation
ship with Amna’s aunt and mother. We had obtained copy of Amna’s mother
from Pakistan with Fathers full name and her aunt’s copy of degree with
the fathers name and after that we were able to establish the
relationship. During all this process she kept on putting the information
in the computer in our file.
She kept on smiling. She asked if we had any transcripts from school.
Which we did not have, but told her that we can get if needed. It will
take some time as it is 18 years old and it was no computers at that time.
She was fine with the degree after that. She stated adding points and it
came to 74. She was happy and told us that we passed and CONGRATULATIONS.
We both were relieved. She asked us if anything new she need to know
about. We told her that Amna is pregnant and is due in the first week of
June. She congratulated us and told her that we need to add the baby after
birth and give them the copy of birth certificate and go thru the medical.
She told us to wait until goes to the assistant consular and get the
medical papers ready. We should wait outside until called. We thanked her
very much and she was smiling and was happy for us, I guess. We came out
of the room like the weight of the world was lifted of our shoulders.
We were very happy and satisfied and making plans for the future. We
waited in the waiting room, which was filled now with applicants for
visa’s. After 20 min, our name was called and we went to window 3. We were
given medical papers with our name on them and that was the end of the
interview.
Thanks to Mr. Russell Monsurate and his entire team for this, from the
bottom of our heart.

We are very happy with the services of Avatar Immigration Consultants.
They guided us through what could have been a maze of an immigration
application process. More importantly, they were able to expedite it.
A few weeks after we submitted the required documents we got immediate
feedback on our file number. Then just 3 years afterwards, we received
notice that our immigration visas were ready to be issued.
With Avatar Immigration’s help, immigration interviews were actually
waived. During the course of our application, our case consultants,
Delphine Monsurate and Desiree, ensured that we were kept regularly
informed of the status our application and that further immigration
requirements were immediately attended to.

Dear Ryan, Russell and Delphine,

What started as a mere thought,
a vague and distant dream of one day migrating to Canada, is rapidly
becoming a reality for me thanks to the fabulous team at Avatar
Immigration Inc..
From the very first contact I had with Russell Monsurate and
Delphine Monsurate, I knew that they were consummate professionals and that I would
be well looked after throughout my application process.
I never
imagined the serendipities that would come from engaging Avatar Immigration’s services.
Avatar Immigration has definitely surpassed all my expectations in every
way possible with their thoroughly personalized focus on me and my case;
super-friendly, approachable and responsive team; simple and easy to
follow step-by-step application instructions and, perhaps most
importantly, (particularly for a former procrastinator like myself)
gentle, encouraging nudges and timely reminders that kept the process
flowing swiftly in the right direction.
With all of the enjoyable interaction I have had with the Monsurate
family, I have absolutely no doubt that they have my very best interests
at heart. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to
anyone even remotely considering the possibility of migrating to Canada.
Why don’t you explore their beautiful, engaging and user-friendly website?
Or better yet, why not send them an email and experience the warmth and
genuineness of their response for yourself?
I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised!
In fact, prepare to be pleasantly surprised as I can
certainly say that this stellar team has made the application process
(which appeared daunting and arduous from the outset) a simple and
enjoyable one!
If that weren’t enough, in addition to everything I’ve already mentioned,
Avatar Immigration’s premium services are available at such an
unbelievably reasonable price. I cringe to think of all the time, money
and energy I would have spent (and probably wasted) if I had have made the
unwise decision to go it alone and I can’t begin to express how glad I am
that I followed my intuition and jumped on the Avatar Immigration
Success Express! – I got my file number yesterday and needless to say I’m
ecstatic!!!

Dear
Ryan and Russell,
I write this letter as a “thank you” for all the help and assistance that
you have provided to Helen and I during the past 2 years. Your experience
and expertise has been instrumental in ensuring that we progressed through
BC’s Provincial Nominee Program as smoothly as has happened – resulting in
a successful immigration application.
I
know, from my experience of attempting to manage the preliminary
immigration phase personally, that you have eased this process
considerably and that without Avatar’s knowledge and support, this process
would have been far more difficult and time-consuming, and may even have
not succeeded.
I
would be very pleased to provide references as to the quality of your
services and the timely and effective personal attention that you have
given to our application.
Many thanks again for all your efforts and assistance and I enclose some
pictures of the General Store and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
Yours sincerely

****UPDATE****
So here we are finally in Canada. I wanted to thank you Delphine and
all your colleagues, especially Ryan who answered our initial queries and
Russell who along with yourself has been a massive help all through the
last couple of years. To be honest there were times I never thought we
would get to Canada but thanks to you we did!

Dear Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,
My family and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for
the good news that you just gave me that my medicals are finally on their
way to me in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
My contact with you originated when I realized that (we have withheld
the name of this Toronto based company) had initially taken on my case
suddenly disappeared off the face of the planet.
This left me in a state of shock and panic. They refused to
return my calls, closed their entire company down and just vanished one
morning! Just like that!
I thought I'd be safe choosing a firm in Canada but this company WAS based
in Canada!!! It just goes to show that who you pick can be a matter of
life and death and I was lucky that I chose a new life with Avatar
Immigration Inc.
Avatar Immigration took my case up and never gave up despite the fact
that:
A) I could not find the old file that was submitted to the PNP Office in
Nova Scotia.
and
B) The Firm that I dealt with had mysteriously disappeared and refused to
answer my calls or return my emails!
Avatar managed to talk with the PNP authorities about my circumstances and
obtained a duplicated copy of my file (at the time a seemingly impossible
task) and then continued to process the case where (company name
withheld) had left off.
To complicate matters even further the CIC Abu Dhabi office alleged that
they had no trace of the paperwork sent to them via CIC London, that the
paper work was lost and that it could not be found again. In spite of this
I don't know how but Russell Monsurate managed to somehow to get them to
acknowledge receipt of the paper work and then despite all the road blocks
secure medical requests for me and my family.
At this stage I also wish to thank Ms. Francis Wolfe and Ms. Carmelle
Etremont of the Nova Scotia Office who I am told by Avatar went out of
their way to help trace my missing documents! You have my deepest
gratitude!
I wish to take this opportunity to tell readers of this letter that while
it may seem like it's only a matter of filing up forms before a Visa
magically appears on your doorstep, nothing could be further from the
truth!
It is of the utmost importance that you hire the right people for the job
NOW.
Russell Monsurate, Delphine Monsurate and all the staff at Avatar
Immigration never give up on you until the curtain closes. Your life and
your future are too important to make this a 'Do it yourself' project. I
hope you never have to go through a nightmare like I did.
Thank you Team Avatar

When
we decided to follow our dream of Emigration, the web seemed filled with
companies promising it all. We looked around and sent off a few enquiries.
One company and more importantly one set of people seemed to stand out.
We
visited Avatar's site and were impressed by the down to earth and easy to
understand way it was set out and written.
After making an attempt at the points matrix we were contacted within
24 hrs personally by Russell Monsurate.
This
was a trend that we came to rely on and trust through the last 18 months.
The emigration process can seem daunting and never-ending, but Russell's
team were always there whenever we needed information or reassurance.
Ours was not the normal route to
emigrate. As the processing times increased so did our anxiety. I
managed to secure a job offer and was granted a work permit enabling us to
achieve part 1 of our goal to obtain permanent residence status in Canada.
Throughout our whole process Russell Monsurate was always there with
words of wisdom and guidance (plus a few jokes from time to time).
We
were called for our medicals a couple of months ago and asked for further
and updated forms. Once again Avatar handled all the logistics for us and
this time Russell personally sent a FedEx with our stuff on a Friday
afternoon just before he set off on a business trip. This ensured minimum
wait or delay in getting our documentation to London.
Before
you decide to trust you and your families hopes and dreams to anyone let
us just say that it is the best decision we have made and would urge that
you think hard before committing to anyone else.
We are hoping now that things will work out but are safe in the knowledge
that nothing has been left to chance by Russ and want to take this chance
to thank him for all the support and professional service given to us so
far.

UPDATED PICTURE AND TESTIMONIAL
Please note that this is quite a special case and is in no way a
representation of typical processing times:
Synopsis:
1) We filed the case. CIC Paris refuses to acknowledge receipt of
the file.
2) We file an official complaint with the relevant authorities.
3) We then worked to trace the mail in order to prove that Avatar
Incorporated did send the file to CIC Paris and that the file was received
by CIC Paris.
4) Thanks to the integrity and honesty of the officers, they
acknowledged receipt of the file, located the file and as a special
gesture issued the client's permanent residency visa in ONLY THREE
MONTHS!
 The
moral of the story is that it pays to hire a competent professional to
handle your paperwork. Just ask yourself what you would have done
given this scenario.

Investor Update
Dear Russell and Delphine Monsurate,
Just
arrived back in England from our trip to Toronto and Montreal. All
of us can't wait to get back to Canada!
The
kids were crying when we said goodbye to Canada and wanted to move there
the same day. I told them that we all have to be patient, but thanks to
the excellent work you're going for us I know we won't have to wait too
long.
Please let Ryan and Del know that we are so happy that you they have
been there 24/7 for us, giving us advice and reassurances. I'd also like
to let them know how much we all enjoyed our visit to your country and
that we are even more keen to live there soon and enjoy a Canadian
lifestyle everyday!
Talk to you soon

Dear Russell,
We got home yesterday after spending a week in Ontario and the PR Visas
were here waiting for us. We're all feeling on top of the world at
the moment.
We have purchased a 0.76 acre lot backing onto serene nature trails
and a creek.
The
house we are having built is called the Wateredge, however they are doing
going to add a loft for us, with a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom
there, plus we are having the basement finished with 2 more bedroom, a
gym, my office, another bathroom, plus a big playroom for the kids.
All in all it's about 5,500 sq ft in size. 7 bedrooms and 4
bathrooms plus the above additions.
We are going to be at the biggest freshwater
beach
in the world, and only 15km's from the number one ski resort in Ontario.
It would have been impossible to buy a new home in the UK with such a
layout and great neighbourhood in such a great location for such an
affordable and economical price.
The improvement in our lifestyle will be immense, rather than working
all the hours under the sum to stay afloat in the UK. Now we can relax and
enjoy what life has to offer and spend more time as a family.
We hugely appreciate all of your help with our application, and rest
assured we will recommend you to anyone I hear of who is looking to move
to Canada.
All the best and will be in touch soon,
Kind Regards,

Dear Russell, Del and Desiree,
We wish to thank you and everyone at Avatar for your continuous support,
help, advice and the personal care you showed us throughout the last 3
years.
We are glad that we chose Avatar, after it was recommended to us by a
close friend. We're happy to say that the service that we received
from Avatar was excellent!
Thanks so much again! You will surely get my referrals as this
beautiful testimony will be shared amongst our friends and relatives. We
await the day that our dreams will come true and we will be able to meet
all of you in person, in Canada.
We would like advise anybody who is interested in immigrating to Canada
not to take the risk of preparing their documentation by themselves. That
they should leave the work to proven professionals that can get the job
done. Leave it to Russell Monsurate and Avatar Immigration.

Hi
Russell,
Hope you are keeping well. We have finally opened our B&B in
Riverview New Brunswick.
It
took a while but thanks to you we have fulfilled our dreams and are
settled in Canada!
It is early days yet with the business but we have had four bookings
in the first week. We are greatly enjoying our life here in
Canada and think how fortunate we are to be here enjoying this.

We look forward to seeing you if you are over this part of the country.
Best wishes,

P.S. If you are considering immigrating to New Brunswick we highly
recommend a stay with John Carberry on your exploratory visit. Not
only will you have a wonderful bed and breakfast experience, but you'll
also be able to find out first hand what the immigration process is like
from one of our clients. If you'd like John's contact info please
call us at +1-604-925-9326.

Making a decision as important as emigrating to
another country can be one of the most difficult decisions you make in
life.
For that reason, I believe you should not trust
yourself to prepare all the documentation without help, because you could
make mistakes that put at risk the whole process of obtaining your
permanent residency visa.
You should take into account that you may lose not
only the opportunity to become a permanent resident in Canada but also the
money and time that has been invested in such an undertaking.
In the face of such situations, I chose not take any risks and for that
reason I decided to hire the services of somebody really professional and
with a wide experience in these processes.
The
selection was not easy and after analyzing the Cost-Benefit factor and
after doing some research, I found Avatar Incorporated on the internet. I
read the testimonials of other people and talked to my wife’s relatives
that live in Canada in order to ask them to verify if Avatar was a Legal
and Authorized Company and after some investigations they said to me that
they are exactly what they offer in their web site, so I opted to sign
with them.
I can now proudly say that I am not sorry for choosing them. They are
people that will fulfil your highest expectations. They have demonstrated
that they really have a deep and varied experience in the field of
Canadian immigration.
To this day I still appreciate the sincerity of Avatar's staff and I can
tell you that they are really very, very, good people. They make you feel
confident and calm at the same time.
I
have the pleasure of fully recommending the services of Russell, Delphine,
Desiree and Ryan Monsurate and the support staff at Avatar Immigration.
The results that they offer and their attention to detail is of the
highest quality.
I would like advise to anybody who is interested in immigrating to Canada
not to take the risk of preparing their documentation by themselves.
Leave this work to those who really know. Leave it to Russell Monsurate
and Avatar Immigration.
I am excited now that my visas have been approved and the embassy has
asked me to send my passports to stamp.
I feel very happy and I now can say that we succeed
thanks to Avatar’s Great Work.

To: Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,
Thank God, Alhamdulillah, with his mercy, love, and blessings my dream of
living in Canada is so close to coming true!!! Russell Monsurate,
Delphine, Ryan, Desiree and the whole team at Avatar Immigration are like
'miracle workers' to me, who by the Grace of Allah, were able to work
every day ( including weekends!! ), to help me reach my dream!
I have noticed from the emails that came in so promptly that these guys
work on Saturdays and Sundays unlike most Canadians who are apt to insist
on their 'private time off' on weekends at the very least! Not the Avatar
Team and especially Delphine Monsurate who was an angel in disguise!
I came to Canada as a student in Calgary and, at that time, living in a
country like Canada as a permanent resident seemed like a dream too far
away to reach. But after I graduated, I landed a job at my prof's office
and suddenly the opportunity to apply for a permanent resident visa seemed
reachable.
On one very fine day in August 2006, as I volunteered for the Indonesian
Community for the Heritage Festival I met with a wonderful couple who came
to Canada with the help of Avatar Immigration Inc. They were Mr. and Mrs.
Ariestiana and Yudhi Lesmana also like myself from Indonesia.
They highly recommended Avatar Immigration simply because Avatar had been
so honest, trustworthy, open, communicative, friendly and wonderful in
guiding them every step of the way. As usual, it took me a really long
time to think about it. I thank Allah for bringing them my way. At the
same time, Ariestiana and Yudhi were never tired of encouraging me to
contact them.
Finally, on my own, I contacted Russell Monsurate at Avatar and everything
went really fast from then on. My friends' recommendation and their
reasons why they recommended Avatar have proven to be wonderfully correct
and not exaggerated at all.
As a person with a lot of questions in her head about things, I always
asked more and more questions, especially from Delphine Monsurate who
handled my case. I knew some of my questions were so outrageously
repetitive and perhaps unnecessary, but nevertheless, the team at Avatar
Immigration, and especially Delphine, has been really-really patient and
compassionate in answering every detail I had asked.
They also have been surprisingly patient in helping me resolve some
wire-transfer issues during the first and second payments. It took about
28 days from the day my application was sent until I got my file number.
Then after a little less than 6 months (on one fine Friday afternoon after
I woke up from napping), I got a surprise phone call from Russell,
informing me that my medicals had been issued and mailed to me. He also
said my "interview was waived"
Now I am really close to getting an approval and I am confident, with
the wonderful service they are presenting and maintaining, I will get my
permanent residency in no time at all.
Avatar's service has been so exceptionally outstanding and their
confidence in me really has made me feel so special.
They will go the extra mile (and they surely have with me) to make sure
that everything goes smoothly for me. Such is service that I did not think
I deserved :-) but received anyways.
I highly recommend Avatar to anyone who's interested in moving to Canada
to start a life here. All correspondence to Avatar have been made through
phone calls and emails. While some people don't really believe and trust
this kind of service (and I've been one of them Avatar Immigration Inc. is
the only exception), I have to say to you dear reader that do believe in
what they do and trust that they do it for you only!
Sent to you dear reader and the Avatar Immigration Inc Team with my best
wishes and prayers for your well being. May God Bless you all!

menjadi malaikat penolong saya.
saya (terutama setelah masalah proses pengiriman pembayaran) membuat saya
merasa istimewa. Mereka akan melakukan segala hal (dan mereka telah
melakukan segalanya untuk saya) agar semuanya berjalan lancar hanya untuk
saya. Jasa seperti itu merupakan hal yang saya rasa tidaklah pantas saya
terima :-) namun tetap saya dapatkan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Avatar

To everyone at the Avatar Immigration Inc:
We are so excited!
We
were introduced to Russell Monsurate by my co-worker who is a relative of a
successful applicant with his firm.
You dealt with our filing expeditiously by giving us quality service which
was always accurate and informative. You were quick with responses to our
questions, prompt and very resourceful with in-depth information and gave
us expert guidance in preparing the relevant documents.
Honesty and trust are highly ranked in your company.
Our file was submitted in December 2005 and concluded in July 2007.
We were overjoyed with your business. Your service is very thorough and
enabled us the privilege of not having to sit an interview. We received a
waiver of interview which made the process much faster.
We will continue to recommend Friends and family to do business with you.
Thanks for all the telephone calls, e-mails and all your kind courtesies
through-out the process.
THANKS
FOR TAKING ME AND MY FAMILY TO CANADA. We will be landing in Pickering,
Toronto in July, 2007.

BCPNP Testimonial
Dear Ryan,
Russell Monsurate and Team,
We would like to convey our sincere gratitude for the outstanding and
highly professional support you have been providing to us and our business
proposal for the BCPNP program over the last 12 months.
Our requests have always been dealt with in a timely manner and your
advice, be it on personal, educational, business or finance matters have
been to the highest possible standards.
On numerous occasions, without your expertise, we would have had
unnecessary delays or committed outright errors in processing our goals
setting up a new company and moving our family to British Columbia.
This enables our family and our business to move, as planned, in the
autumn of 2007 to the Fraser Valley Area and set up a new business in the
mobile education industry.
If you are evaluating a reliable, friendly and highly professional partner
who can give you the best preparation in your goal moving to Canada -
don't look any further - you have found it in Avatar Immigration.
We will certainly recommend AI services to all our friends, colleagues and
business associates.
Sincerely yours

** Testimonial Update **
To: Russell Monsurate & Delphine Monsurate
Once
again thanks for the great support and advice you have given us during our
two year wait, we are now at the point where we are only a few months from
a decision which will hopefully allow us to realise our dream of
emigrating to Canada to join over 50 of our friends and relatives who
already reside there.
When we started off on this journey you explained to us how the points
process worked and informed us that as we were borderline on this score,
we needed to do several things to ensure success; luckily for us you had
been predictive enough to see that at that time in early 2004 the waiting
times were only half what they would be in 2006. Therefore the advantage
for us was that due to the processing times increasing it gave us enough
time to strengthen our case by ensuring that our points tally increased.
As such, following your advice I immediately signed up for a years course
at Broxtowe College in French; we even took a holiday in Brittany to
improve our language skills. Alison signed up for a B-Tech diploma in
Tourism & Travel and then took an advanced course in the same. Along with
attending countless trade related courses I persuaded my company to
sponsor me to do a Foundation Degree in Business & Management with Leeds
Metropolitan University and West Notts College of Further Education. Even
my eldest son, James (14) has caught the `self improvement through
education` bug, he won a coveted place (one of only two pupils in the
entire school) on the course, Young Apprenticeship in Sports Management,
Leadership and Coaching at South Nottingham College. We are very proud as
he is a talented musician and sportsman; he plays for Nottingham Rugby
Football Club (U15).
It seems that our life has been put on hold for the last two years; we are
all so looking forward to coming over to Canada. I am looking forward to
starting work in the Transport Industry; one of Alison’s relatives has
hopefully got me a job with a bus company in Vancouver. Alison has done
some research and feels confident of obtaining work with either Servisaire
at Vancouver Airport or in one of the many travel agencies.
We are a family that loves the outdoors, last weekend we went camping in
Ashbourne, Derbyshire……..we can’t wait to explore BC! James and I have set
ourselves a target to take part in the annual Yukon River Quest 2008.
These are our dreams, you are our dream makers.

Dear Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,
I wanted to write to you a few words of appreciation in getting us through
to the medicals. We have a waiver of interview and this alone has saved us
9 months or more!
The process was almost near painless as Avatar did all the forms and
submissions once I had sent them the information. You and your staff were
fun to interact with especially Delphine who was tireless, patient and
compassionate.
Looking back, it seemed like an impossible mountain to climb, which became
a hassle free and a well-organized process.
Avatar’s proficiency and reliability is second to none, and looking back
at the entire process, I don’t think we could have done anything better or
different.
Your team clarified my constant questions raised during the whole process
very promptly.
I would recommend Avatar Immigration Services to any prospective client
applying for Canadian Citizenship.
I am glad that I ran onto your website and I now look forward to moving
with my family in the near future.
We are so excited at the thought of exploring a whole new life, meeting
kind and friendly people and yes, most of all living in those 'wide open
spaces'!

Thank you once again and best wishes.

We
are happy to give a testimonial to Avatar having dealt with them for just
under three years.
We started on this exciting journey back in July 2004, when we attended
emigration seminars to start the ball rolling. These were followed up with
more specialist personal meetings, where we filled in forms for assessing
our eligibility and points needed for Canada. We did not, however feel
confident with these large and very expensive agencies, so we investigated
other options available.
I was surfing the net for suitable agencies when I came across Avatar. I
looked up the meaning and was pleasantly surprised. Having browsed their
informative website, I felt confident, at ease and comfortable with what
was being said. We especially liked the meaningful quotes and simple
spiritual messages, which, made us feel we were dealing with people of
integrity.
Avatar’s fees were a fraction of the fees we had been looking at
previously and unlike other agencies the costs were spread over the
process, which made it easier.
We have always been impressed with their prompt replies to our e-mails and
their patience when responding to our endless queries and questions often
getting replies within minutes and often on a Sunday. Avatar never seems
to sleep.
We would like to especially thank Del for always being warm friendly and
positive both on the phone (when things appeared desperate for us) and
also by email.
A warm thank you to Russell, who took the time out of his busy schedule to
meet us personally in Vancouver during our research trip in May 2005. We
spent several hours one evening with him, enjoying both his company and
his wealth of knowledge and wisdom in many varied fields.
These personal touches made all the difference to us. It proves that
business can be people focused, and is all the better for it. We certainly
appreciate this.
Just a couple of days ago we received our final disposition (request for
passports and those all important permanent residence Visas) having sailed
through the medicals, just six weeks ago. (Del had been instrumental in
tracing and chasing our case prior to this.)
Finally, with Avatar’s help and expertise, we are at the final stage of
the process. This August 07 we hope to be landing in Vancouver to start
our new life. Now, we are getting VERY excited.
If you are reading this and thinking of using a certified consultant, we
would not hesitate to recommend and support the Avatar team.

Many Thanks,

Update in May 2007
My Dear Russell and Delphine,
Using the opportunity I would like once again to thank you and the AI team
for the excellent job you have done in facilitating our immigration to
Canada.
The
process of review and approval of our immigration case by CIC took less
than 18 months. We came to Canada on 3rd April 2007 to complete the
landing procedures and the see the country.
It
was a great pleasure for us to meet you and Ryan in Vancouver. We
appreciate your invaluable advice and guidance with regard to our future
settlement and life in Canada. I am particularly grateful for your
assistance in securing our PR cards. Both Valentina and I cannot yet fully
realize the fact that we are now permanent residents of Canada.
We
enjoyed our stay in Vancouver as well as the short visits to Calgary,
Toronto and Niagara Falls. It goes without saying that Canada is a great
country to live in - the nature is beautiful, people are friendly and
there are all conditions for enjoying the life. We will definitely settle
in Canada on completion of my current assignment in Afghanistan
I
am looking forward to continuation of our friendship and would be more
than happy to use your services and rely on your professional advice in
future. I would also like to assure you that I will continue to recommend
AI services to my friends, colleagues and all those who wish to immigrate
to Canada.
Sincerely yours
Rustam Mahmudov

Dear Del and Russell Monsurate,
I would like to convey my family’s sincere gratitude for the very
excellent and professional way which you carried out your work as our
consultant. We feel fortunate and blessed to have been introduced to
you by the Oniretis to represent us in our Canadian Immigration
application.
It was as if I was in a dream land when I received your phone call in
Nigeria a few days ago intimating me of the excellent and thrilling news
that the CIC has issued a request for our Medicals. I was really
flabbergasted that it took only twenty – one days (21) from the day our
application was filed to get our file number.
My family was equally
astounded that it took only fifteen months (15) from the day our
application was submitted to the day we were asked to go for our medicals.
The beauty of it all was the fact that we had an oral interview waiver.
How did you pull it out? To be candid, our entire immigration process was
virtually effortless on our part because you did the bulk of the job
professionally.
May the Almighty God continue to guide you and bless you and you family
real good as always for bringing smiles to so many families.
Once more, thank you immensely for the excellent job done and keep up the
good work!!!!!

Hi Russell Monsurate and team,
This
email is to convey my gratitude for the excellent work done by you
and your team for getting my immigration application approved.
My special thanks to Russ, Del, Desiree and Ryan. I've communicated
with all these people at one point or another during my processing. It
took only one year from the time I got my file number to the actual
approval (I applied from the USA as I live there). I also got my INTERVIEW
WAIVED. I just finished with my medicals today and I believe that I'm very
close to the final moment.
This all started with a casual search in Google about the firms through
which I could apply for Canadian immigration.
It is only by accident that I came across this web site; but when I read,
the profiles of Russ and Del and the rest of the team , I knew that I had
found what I was looking for.
I initially applied for my sister and her husband (that was from India -
it is still under processing) through Avatar, and I was very impressed by
the amount of attention the Avatar team was giving that application (and
therefore, to every application).
I didn't have to think twice when it was time to apply for myself. Russ
and his team did a good job of preparing my documents; submitted it to CIC
and I got my file number in less than 2 months.
Meanwhile, Russ advised me to write the IELTS exam. I tried to
procrastinate as much as possible, but a nice ultimatum from Russ did the
trick. :) Within 3 months of writing my IELTS test I got the good news
from Russ saying that my application was accepted by CIC without an
interview... wow !!!
And here I am! I highly recommend Avatar for anyone seriously looking to
apply for Canadian immigration without going through many hassles. They
are committed: you just need to commit yourselves.

We started our quest for emigration to Canada years ago, 2004 in fact.
We read most of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) site and
started to download and print the immigration forms. You see, based on all
the information we could gather and after days/weeks of research we
concluded that we could only prove that we had 52 points.
This was 15 short of the 67 currently required by CIC for their Skilled
Worker Immigration program. So we thought we would consult an immigration
lawyer/consultant to assess if we had any realistic chance.
Having trawled the internet filling in numerous immigration assessments
(and there are a lot out there), emigrating to Canada looked doubtful,
they all said "thanks, but no thanks.". Things were starting to look kind
of bleak. Persist I did, until I happened across www.russcanada.com,
"another assessment to do" - I thought. Then I read some of the
testimonials, hmmm, worth a go. So I filled it in and got a 52 point score
back ~ as expected. It was then that this consultancy stood out from the
other.
An email from them, not an automatically generated one, but a personal
one.
After a little email discussion and a couple of telephone conversations it
was determined by AI that Russ and Del would take on our cause. So, being
a skeptic about committing to something so personal over the internet, I
contacted a few of their previous customers (I found their names in the
testimonial section).
After confirming the quality and attention to detail with previous
clients, my wife and I decided to go forward and use AI. So I phoned
Russell and the ball started to roll. We discussed every aspect of our
careers / life history / exams / schooling possible until eventually the
paperwork was all filled in and complete. So, from the original 52 points,
and the thorough job AI did researching our backgrounds we found out that
we actually deserved 72 points, therefore giving us more than required.
Our application arrived at the Canadian High Commission in London on the
9th August 2004. To my surprise, in September 2004 I received an email
from Russ. Wow, we have a file number, so our application has passed
"paper screening". Now we were back to the waiting game again, but at
least we are over the first hurdle and in the running.
Rolling on to December 2006, we received the much awaited email stating
that AI had received our medical requests. At last, over the next hurdle.
But things for us have changed since 2004, there were 3 of us then and now
in December 2006, we are expecting the fourth. Another test for the AI
crew. We took all of our medicals in January 2007, with the exception of
my wife's X-Ray. Our newborn arrived on February 26th 2007. Now back to
the paperwork and AI provided everything we needed to add him to our
current application. I am writing this in April 2007 and AI have just
confirmed they have couriered the new medical request for the baby request
to us. Exceptional service.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team at AI,
particularly Del who has personally looked after our case. Russ has been
an inspiration, particularly in the periods where a "boost" was needed.
So we are almost complete, final medical to do then wait for passport
requests, hopefully going to land in the summer. It goes to show, listen
to those that offer advice, trust in those that deliver. I would like to
state that we would highly recommend the services of AI, I am absolutely
sure that our application would have been rejected if we did not use their
professional services.
Kind Regards,

A BCPNP Testimonial
Like
many people on the treadmill in the UK we had harboured a dream to improve
our quality of life. We had the opportunity to make this a reality last
summer and coincidentally whilst on vacation in Canada we stumbled into
the perfect place and decided to change our dreams into reality.
Another coincidence had us meeting an English couple there who also
recommended Avatar Immigration. Avatar had handled their BCPNP
application in almost record time.
Changing dreams into reality is no mean feat and the enormity of
changing our whole lives was daunting and stressful. However, from the
first meeting with Russell and Ryan we felt we were in the best possible
hands to help us through the administrative and emotional turbulence.
They are not just immigration consultants! Ryan not only dealt
efficiently with our application, steering us through the paperwork,
processes and advising on how to best present ourselves and our business
plan on paper and in the interview to ensure success, but he also gave us
confidence in our abilities and ideas. Let me tell you that in the middle
of the night when doubts creep in, that really helped.
We had some people advise us that an immigration consultant was not
necessary to get through the process, however, we certainly do not regret
appointing Avatar. In fact we believe that without their services and
support we would not be in the position we are in today from which we are
looking at just a few weeks before we move to Canada, only 6 months after
making the application.
More than that, they have given us the support and advice that has
helped us to stay focused on our goal and to stay sane in one of the most
stressful times of our lives.
We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering this step.
Believe me, it really helps to know that someone is not only ‘handling’
your case, but is working on it almost 24 hours a day. I can’t count the
number of e-mails we have received from Ryan in the early hours of their
morning in Vancouver, to ensure that we received an update as soon as we
awoke, rather than having to wait almost a whole day because of time
differences.
Thanks to Ryan Monsurate, Russell Monsurate and the rest of the team, we will be living out our
dream in the mountains, investing hard work in our own future rather than
a faceless corporation, and becoming part of a real community. We can’t
wait and we can’t thank you enough for your help.
Sincerely,
Joanne Sweeting & David James

Dear Russell
and
Team Avatar,
When I first thought about immigrating to Canada, like most people I went
online in search of information. I came across many websites with
information on how to apply, however, on most of these sites, I was given
information which left with me with more questions than answers.
Next I
turned to online forums but it seemed like people were there more to pat
themselves on the back than answer questions, and even when they did I was
never really satisfied with the answers. "A little knowledge is always
dangerous"
That's when I started looking online for professional representation,
because no matter what, I did not want my case to fail. I have heard of
horror stories where people have waited 3, 4, 5 years or more, only to get
a refusal in the mail.
I am so glad that after much searching I eventually
found your site. Reading about your success rate and testimonials prompted
me to fill out a free Online assessment – Glad I did immediately…otherwise
I would just have delayed my own entry into Canada!
Your company was the only one to get back to me so quickly, and sometimes
answered questions within an hour or two. I am now ecstatic to say I made
the right choice with Avatar Immigration. They gave me an agreement with a
full money back policy and on top of that split my
payment into three installments.
I am glad to report that my application is on track for completion and I
received interview waiver! Getting a interview waiver cuts the processing
time down by a year or even more, and these days with processing times
trailing off into the horizon, every month counts.
With Avatar at my side, no stone was left unturned. They were so thorough
that they even found even small inconsistencies in the information I
provided them and corrected them immediately.
Del and everyone on Team Avatar Canada were very helpful and guided me
throughout the whole process, many a times going out of their way to
contact me even during weekends just so that any pending issues got
resolved at the earliest.
I remember a couple of occasions when some particular documents were to
be processed from 3rd world countries.
Their experience and fortitude
helped me come through – when I had all but given up, their encouragement
and confidence in their work kept me going. You were the best insurance
money can buy!
Your are best….bar none !!! Keep up the excellent work !!!
I have already recommended your services to those seeking entry into
Canada and will continue to do so.
Once again, A BIG Thank you very much to Del and all of the staff that helped
process my application at Avatar.
With Warm Wishes and Best Regards,

Dear Russ, Del and Desiree,
A big thank you to everyone at Avatar for your continuous support, help,
advice and the personal care you showed us throughout the last 2 years.
We are glad that we choose Avatar, after a close friend's
recommendation. Consultancy and service from Avatar was excellent.
Your prompt response for even silly questions 24/7 is something very
unique to Avatar.
We have received our Permanent Residency Visa for landing in Canada and
would like to thank you again for the personal care and professional
services that we received. We look forward to landing in Canada
shortly.

Thanks
to all your hard work we are now PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF CANADA!
Without you I doubt we would even have a file number yet. At
first we were not sure about hiring you guys to help because we thought we
could do it ourselves. After speaking to Russell and Del, however,
we decided that as time was a major factor for us we should get your help
to make sure nothing went wrong to delay the process (and thank God we
did).
It has now taken less than 2 years for the process to come to
completion.
We have met people who have applied for immigration by themselves and
have waited 4-5 years.
it is so hard to speak to people from the embassy but Del managed to
find out what was happening each time I asked.
Everyone at Avatar has been so helpful answering all my questions and
helping me with all the forms and paperwork needed. Ryan even talked
me through programs I could download on my computer to make things easier
for us.
We have been living in Canada for 4 months now and we love it!
Mike is working, and my oldest daughter who has started attending the
local high school has made lots of new friends. All of her friends
back in England can't believe she has ski days with the school.
I would recommend moving to Canada with Avatar Immigration to anyone!
It the best thing we have ever done! Thank you so much once
again. We could not have done it without you.
Best wishes,

I
am very thankful to Russell and Delphine from Avatar Canada, who are
helping me at every step of my Canadian Immigration Process.
In the beginning, I was quite hesitant about even getting started with
the process. There was so much information to sift through online
and so much more that I couldn't even find online.
With Avatar at my side I felt confident about my chances of success.
When I got started they were there to remind me to send them the
documentation they needed when I felt like procrastinating and as a result
I received a file number much quicker than expected.
I started using their services in February 2005 and then slacked off a
bit. Finally, after they motivated me to get moving again I mailed them my
documents and my case was filed in September of 2005.
I
am now very excited to hear that I have shaved a good 6 to 9 months off of
my processing time because I have received a waiver of interview.
All I have left to do now is get my medicals and Police Clearances done.
I am still working on it but Russell and Delphine are always there to
help me. I am very happy with their speedy response times and once I get
my Canadian residency I am definitely going to use them to help the rest
of my family immigrate to Canada as well.
I'd like to thank all of the excellent staff at Avatar Immigration as
well as the Visa Officer assigned to my case.

To entrust somebody with our future affairs was not easy to decide, but
since the beginning of our research with Avatar Immigration Inc. our
family felt that we were moving in the right direction. With every email
we felt more and more confident that AI was the right company for us.
They were concerned about our case from the very first inquiry and lasted
until our very last step through to getting our PR visas issued. Just like
us you too will find a feeling beyond business; a care and concern that it
is hard to find in this competitive society.
We are grateful, we are happy, not only for our new and different life,
but also for having gained new friends and knowledge through our constant
contact with AI.
Be assured you are delivering your dreams into very competent hands. You
will all be very well guided.
Once again our deepest gratitude to Ryan, Russell and all the staff at
Avatar Immigration.

Dear Russell and Team,
Hearing
Russell tell me that my visa was ready to be issued was pure elation!
At
the outset kindly accept our whole hearted gratitude for all the support
extended by you and your team.
Your service standards have been consistent from the day we started the
process with you......you made us feel special, your guidance was personal
and not limited to just the immigration process.
Russ
we chose your firm because some old friends of us knew you and highly
recommended you.
Thank you for reminding us that we are responsible for our own destiny,
that God always helps those who help themselves and that if we bring
enthusiasm and boundless energy to our work we can create magic in our
everyday lives.
You've also shown us how we could outgrow our comfort zones and how
what we consider to be our current safe boundaries were once unknown
frontiers as well.
To
all you web visitors reading this, I want you to know that with Avatar
Immigration Inc. you don't just get a visa.....you get the life wisdom of
Russ & Del which is priceless!
Our best wishes to all of you that you continue experiencing causeless

Please find below a remarkable story of one of our clients, Mrs. Donna
Kavangh. Please note that this is quite a special case and is in no
way a representation of what you may expect to happen in your own case.
4) Thanks to the integrity and honesty of the officers, they
acknowledged receipt of the file, located the file and as a special
gesture issued the client's permanent residency visa in ONLY THREE
MONTHS!
The moral of the story is that it pays to hire a competent professional
to handle your paperwork. Just ask yourself what you would have done
given this scenario.

The
decision to move to Canada was taken soon after returning from a two year
period living in Alberta with the British Military. Even as early as the
return flight my wife Karen had decided that she would love to live there
and within 6 months we started to actively seek how best we could achieve
this.
One evening we were gathering immigration information when out of the blue
an e-mail from Russ arrived informing us that he could assist us in
achieving our dreams. We phoned him and after the call decided that we
were more than capable of making the move and he was the right person to
help. We were given Del as our consultant and this saw the start of an
exciting journey.
The wait for any decision was at times difficult due to a number of delays
caused by successful court cases from previous applicants and immigration
departmental changes. This could have proved to be problematic as I had a
definite end of service date that could have seen me without any fixed
abode and unemployed. Throughout this Del could not have been more helpful
and her enthusiasm and confidence regularly put our minds at rest.
We are now finalizing the move to Canada. Our house just outside Calgary
is forecast to be finished towards the end of May and to date I have
received a couple of job offers. My children still have fond memories of
their last time in Canada and cannot wait to get their skis and ice skates
on once again.
I cannot thank Russ and Del enough for the part they played in helping us
to fulfill our dream. The process has been fraught with possible dangers
but they have made it a comparatively stress free experience and at times
enjoyable. We haven’t made it easy for them having lived in a number of
different countries since the age of 18 and regularly requiring guidance
and updates as the process has continued.
We were so excited when he heard that our Permanent Residence visas
would be issued without any interview being held. I regularly
recommend Russ and the company to anybody who will listen and may wish to
make the same move as us.
They have been fantastic and we as a family owe them a huge debt of
gratitude.

Dear Russ,
This is to convey my joy, happiness and deepest appreciation for your kind
help with my Canadian immigration application.
I just got my file number from Desiree's mail to me on receipt of my
second installment payment. And this came at the best time for me raising
my hope of good fortunes as I was recently attacked at home here in Lagos,
Nigeria by hoodlums on the 26th of June's midnight. The experience was
nothing short of horrendous with all our valuables and money stolen, and
members of my family subjected to intense physical and psychological
torture. And then, to say on resumption from a sick leave thereafter, I
got my file number just 4 months from the date of my sending in my
application to you; goes to say that God still has my family in mind and
will not leave us to perish.
Immigration to Canada has been my life's goal and from the way things are
going with my application, I just know that you guys are the most
wonderful bunch. I cannot wait to be in Canada as I am believing God for
the least processing time on my application as everything has been
miraculous for us.
Thanks so much and you will surely get my referrals as this beautiful
testimony is shared amongst my friends and relatives.
Thanks once again while I await the day which is quite close that we will
all meet there in Canada.
