Canadian Immigration Testimonials & Success Stories - Page 1 of 5

Dear Del & Russell,

We'd thought about emigrating to Canada for a number of years before finally taking the plunge in February 2006. The next step was to decide do we 'go it alone' or do we 'go with an immigration consultant?' After lots of research , Avatar Immigration were recommended to us by a previous Client, so we decided to get in touch. This was the best decision we could have made!

It's hard to express our gratitude in words, save to say, we cannot thank you enough for helping to make our dreams come true. Thank you for all the hard work, professionalism, understanding and especially support. You expertly guided us through the immigration process, always on hand to promptly answer our questions and offer advice, working tirelessly in the background. Now, here we are only 2 years on with our passport requests from London.

It's been a rollercoaster ride with us sharing many ups and downs. When we needed it, you always gave us reassurance and hope particularly through our most difficult time when in March 2007 Simon was diagnosed with CML. We thought our dreams were shattered but you helped us tremendously both professionally and personally....we feel stronger for this experience. The service you provide at Avatar is second to none and we would not hesitate in recommending you to help others realise their dreams!!

Kind Regards,

Nicola, Simon, Thomas & Adam (The Richardson's)... soon to become official permanent residents of Canada!!

Back in April 2005 we made the decision to try and make our dreams come true. But first we had to find a company that could help us.

We came across Avatar’s website and immediately felt comfortable. They were very professional and above all else honest and they did not want their entire fee upfront, so our journey began.

By June 2005 we had our file no and now we just had to wait. As many of you will appreciate you have so many questions to ask and when ever we contacted Avatar they were there to help. Even on occasions when we mailed at the weekend the replies were instant.

On our third research trip we arranged to meet with Ryan (on a Sunday – his day off) it was nice to put a face to the name.

Although there are no guarantees we honestly felt that with Avatar working on our behalf we had given ourselves the best possible chance of living in Canada and in March this year (2008) we had our interview waived and were called for our medicals. This for us we felt was the last hurdle. We passed and expected to wait for another 3 to 4 months but to our surprise just under 4 weeks later we received the best news ever – we were in and they wanted our passports.

We cannot thank the team at Avatar enough, Russ, Ryan, Del and Desiree you done everything you said you would do and more and I would recommend you to anyone about to embark on their journey. You are worth every penny.

The day after the TAX DAY in USA, we had an appointment at the Canadian Embassy regarding our immigrant application. We were very nervous. The appointment was in NYC, only 45 min away. We had butterflies in our stomach. We didn’t know what to expect from them.

We were outside the building on 6th AVENUE at 7:30am, even tough our appointment was at 8:30am. There were couple of people outside the revolving door, that opens at 8am. We were out side the building and it was chilly. At 8 am, when the door opened, a few people rushed in and ran down the stairs as the embassy was in the basement. We and few people were left behind. We were told by the security guards to wait upstairs and outside the building till some one calls us.

We were told to stand on the walkway by the street next to a lamppost as we are waiting for a bus or taxi. There were no signs on the street for the Canadian Embassy.

Around 8:15 am the same guard came and started giving instructions for visa applications, pictures and payments. Then we were escorted to the consulate down stairs. We went thru the check point and were given the ticket to wait for our turn for the interview. We were the first for the interview.

We were praying for the better. Our number was called and we went into the small interview room. The lady introduced her self, but forget the name. I introduced my self. She was very nice and pleasant and had sense of humor. She explained that she called because some things in the application were not adding up, and needed clarification.

The passing numbers was 67. We went through the application. She directly went to the education and certificates and the years that we had put on the application. It was an error while filling the application on our behalf. The year on the Business Administration Degree was listed as 1992 instead of 1990. We explained her that. After that she asked about the entry to US. I gave her the copy of my I-94.

She was satisfied and after that she wanted to established the relation ship with Amna’s aunt and mother. We had obtained copy of Amna’s mother from Pakistan with Fathers full name and her aunt’s copy of degree with the fathers name and after that we were able to establish the relationship. During all this process she kept on putting the information in the computer in our file.

She kept on smiling. She asked if we had any transcripts from school. Which we did not have, but told her that we can get if needed. It will take some time as it is 18 years old and it was no computers at that time. She was fine with the degree after that. She stated adding points and it came to 74. She was happy and told us that we passed and CONGRATULATIONS.

We both were relieved. She asked us if anything new she need to know about. We told her that Amna is pregnant and is due in the first week of June. She congratulated us and told her that we need to add the baby after birth and give them the copy of birth certificate and go thru the medical. She told us to wait until goes to the assistant consular and get the medical papers ready. We should wait outside until called. We thanked her very much and she was smiling and was happy for us, I guess. We came out of the room like the weight of the world was lifted of our shoulders.

We were very happy and satisfied and making plans for the future. We waited in the waiting room, which was filled now with applicants for visa’s. After 20 min, our name was called and we went to window 3. We were given medical papers with our name on them and that was the end of the interview.

Thanks to Mr. Russell Monsurate and his entire team for this, from the bottom of our heart.

We are very happy with the services of Avatar Immigration Consultants. They guided us through what could have been a maze of an immigration application process. More importantly, they were able to expedite it.

A few weeks after we submitted the required documents we got immediate feedback on our file number. Then just 3 years afterwards, we received notice that our immigration visas were ready to be issued.

With Avatar Immigration’s help, immigration interviews were actually waived. During the course of our application, our case consultants, Delphine Monsurate and Desiree, ensured that we were kept regularly informed of the status our application and that further immigration requirements were immediately attended to.

Dear Ryan, Russell and Delphine,

What started as a mere thought, a vague and distant dream of one day migrating to Canada, is rapidly becoming a reality for me thanks to the fabulous team at Avatar Immigration Inc..

From the very first contact I had with Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate, I knew that they were consummate professionals and that I would be well looked after throughout my application process.

I never imagined the serendipities that would come from engaging Avatar Immigration’s services.

Avatar Immigration has definitely surpassed all my expectations in every way possible with their thoroughly personalized focus on me and my case; super-friendly, approachable and responsive team; simple and easy to follow step-by-step application instructions and, perhaps most importantly, (particularly for a former procrastinator like myself) gentle, encouraging nudges and timely reminders that kept the process flowing swiftly in the right direction.

With all of the enjoyable interaction I have had with the Monsurate family, I have absolutely no doubt that they have my very best interests at heart. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to anyone even remotely considering the possibility of migrating to Canada.

Why don’t you explore their beautiful, engaging and user-friendly website? Or better yet, why not send them an email and experience the warmth and genuineness of their response for yourself?

I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised!

In fact, prepare to be pleasantly surprised as I can certainly say that this stellar team has made the application process (which appeared daunting and arduous from the outset) a simple and enjoyable one!

If that weren’t enough, in addition to everything I’ve already mentioned, Avatar Immigration’s premium services are available at such an unbelievably reasonable price. I cringe to think of all the time, money and energy I would have spent (and probably wasted) if I had have made the unwise decision to go it alone and I can’t begin to express how glad I am that I followed my intuition and jumped on the Avatar Immigration Success Express! – I got my file number yesterday and needless to say I’m ecstatic!!!

Dear Ryan and Russell,

I write this letter as a “thank you” for all the help and assistance that you have provided to Helen and I during the past 2 years. Your experience and expertise has been instrumental in ensuring that we progressed through BC’s Provincial Nominee Program as smoothly as has happened – resulting in a successful immigration application.

I know, from my experience of attempting to manage the preliminary immigration phase personally, that you have eased this process considerably and that without Avatar’s knowledge and support, this process would have been far more difficult and time-consuming, and may even have not succeeded.

I would be very pleased to provide references as to the quality of your services and the timely and effective personal attention that you have given to our application.

Many thanks again for all your efforts and assistance and I enclose some pictures of the General Store and Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.

Yours sincerely

****UPDATE****

So here we are finally in Canada. I wanted to thank you Delphine and all your colleagues, especially Ryan who answered our initial queries and Russell who along with yourself has been a massive help all through the last couple of years. To be honest there were times I never thought we would get to Canada but thanks to you we did!

Dear Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,

My family and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the good news that you just gave me that my medicals are finally on their way to me in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

My contact with you originated when I realized that (we have withheld the name of this Toronto based company) had initially taken on my case suddenly disappeared off the face of the planet.

This left me in a state of shock and panic. They refused to return my calls, closed their entire company down and just vanished one morning! Just like that!

I thought I'd be safe choosing a firm in Canada but this company WAS based in Canada!!! It just goes to show that who you pick can be a matter of life and death and I was lucky that I chose a new life with Avatar Immigration Inc.

Avatar Immigration took my case up and never gave up despite the fact that:

A) I could not find the old file that was submitted to the PNP Office in Nova Scotia.

and

B) The Firm that I dealt with had mysteriously disappeared and refused to answer my calls or return my emails!

Avatar managed to talk with the PNP authorities about my circumstances and obtained a duplicated copy of my file (at the time a seemingly impossible task) and then continued to process the case where (company name withheld) had left off.

To complicate matters even further the CIC Abu Dhabi office alleged that they had no trace of the paperwork sent to them via CIC London, that the paper work was lost and that it could not be found again. In spite of this I don't know how but Russell Monsurate managed to somehow to get them to acknowledge receipt of the paper work and then despite all the road blocks  secure medical requests for me and my family.

At this stage I also wish to thank Ms. Francis Wolfe and Ms. Carmelle Etremont of the Nova Scotia Office who I am told by Avatar went out of their way to help trace my missing documents! You have my deepest gratitude!

I wish to take this opportunity to tell readers of this letter that while it may seem like it's only a matter of filing up forms before a Visa magically appears on your doorstep, nothing could be further from the truth!

It is of the utmost importance that you hire the right people for the job NOW.

Russell Monsurate, Delphine Monsurate and all the staff at Avatar Immigration never give up on you until the curtain closes. Your life and your future are too important to make this a 'Do it yourself' project. I hope you never have to go through a nightmare like I did.

Thank you Team Avatar

When we decided to follow our dream of Emigration, the web seemed filled with companies promising it all. We looked around and sent off a few enquiries. One company and more importantly one set of people seemed to stand out.

We visited Avatar's site and were impressed by the down to earth and easy to understand way it was set out and written.

After making an attempt at the points matrix we were contacted within 24 hrs personally by Russell Monsurate.

This was a trend that we came to rely on and trust through the last 18 months. The emigration process can seem daunting and never-ending, but Russell's team were always there whenever we needed information or reassurance.

Ours was not the normal route to emigrate.  As the processing times increased so did our anxiety. I managed to secure a job offer and was granted a work permit enabling us to achieve part 1 of our goal to obtain permanent residence status in Canada.

Throughout our whole process Russell Monsurate was always there with words of wisdom and guidance (plus a few jokes from time to time).

We were called for our medicals a couple of months ago and asked for further and updated forms. Once again Avatar handled all the logistics for us and this time Russell personally sent a FedEx with our stuff on a Friday afternoon just before he set off on a business trip. This ensured minimum wait or delay in getting our documentation to London.

Before you decide to trust you and your families hopes and dreams to anyone let us just say that it is the best decision we have made and would urge that you think hard before committing to anyone else.
We are hoping now that things will work out but are safe in the knowledge that nothing has been left to chance by Russ and want to take this chance to thank him for all the support and professional service given to us so far.

UPDATED PICTURE AND TESTIMONIAL

Please note that this is quite a special case and is in no way a representation of typical processing times:

Synopsis:

1) We filed the case.  CIC Paris refuses to acknowledge receipt of the file.

2) We file an official complaint with the relevant authorities.

3) We then worked to trace the mail in order to prove that Avatar Incorporated did send the file to CIC Paris and that the file was received by CIC Paris.

4) Thanks to the integrity and honesty of the officers, they acknowledged receipt of the file, located the file and as a special gesture issued the client's permanent residency visa in ONLY THREE MONTHS!

The moral of the story is that it pays to hire a competent professional to handle your paperwork.  Just ask yourself what you would have done given this scenario.

Investor Update

Dear Russell and Delphine Monsurate,

Just arrived back in England from our trip to Toronto and Montreal.  All of us can't wait to get back to Canada!

The kids were crying when we said goodbye to Canada and wanted to move there the same day. I told them that we all have to be patient, but thanks to the excellent work you're going for us I know we won't have to wait too long.

Please let Ryan and Del know that we are so happy that you they have been there 24/7 for us, giving us advice and reassurances. I'd also like to let them know how much we all enjoyed our visit to your country and that we are even more keen to live there soon and enjoy a Canadian lifestyle everyday!

Talk to you soon

Dear Russell,

We got home yesterday after spending a week in Ontario and the PR Visas were here waiting for us.  We're all feeling on top of the world at the moment.

We have purchased a 0.76 acre lot backing onto serene nature trails and a creek.

The house we are having built is called the Wateredge, however they are doing going to add a loft for us, with a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom there, plus we are having the basement finished with 2 more bedroom, a gym, my office, another bathroom, plus a big playroom for the kids.

All in all it's about 5,500 sq ft in size. 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus the above additions.

We are going to be at the biggest freshwater beach in the world, and only 15km's from the number one ski resort in Ontario.  It would have been impossible to buy a new home in the UK with such a layout and great neighbourhood in such a great location for such an affordable and economical price.

The improvement in our lifestyle will be immense, rather than working all the hours under the sum to stay afloat in the UK. Now we can relax and enjoy what life has to offer and spend more time as a family.

We hugely appreciate all of your help with our application, and rest assured we will recommend you to anyone I hear of who is looking to move to Canada.

All the best and will be in touch soon,

Kind Regards,

Dear Russell, Del and Desiree,

We wish to thank you and everyone at Avatar for your continuous support, help, advice and the personal care you showed us throughout the last 3 years.

We are glad that we chose Avatar, after it was recommended to us by a close friend.  We're happy to say that the service that we received from Avatar was excellent!

Thanks so much again! You will surely get my referrals as this beautiful testimony will be shared amongst our friends and relatives. We await the day that our dreams will come true and we will be able to meet all of you in person, in Canada.

We would like advise anybody who is interested in immigrating to Canada not to take the risk of preparing their documentation by themselves. That they should leave the work to proven professionals that can get the job done. Leave it to Russell Monsurate and Avatar Immigration.

May God Bless you all,

Hi Russell,

Hope you are keeping well.  We have finally opened our B&B in Riverview New Brunswick.

It took a while but thanks to you we have fulfilled our dreams and are settled in Canada!

It is early days yet with the business but we have had four bookings in the first week.  We are greatly enjoying our life here in Canada and think how fortunate we are to be here enjoying this.

We look forward to seeing you if you are over this part of the country.

Best wishes,

P.S. If you are considering immigrating to New Brunswick we highly recommend a stay with John Carberry on your exploratory visit.  Not only will you have a wonderful bed and breakfast experience, but you'll also be able to find out first hand what the immigration process is like from one of our clients.  If you'd like John's contact info please call us at +1-604-925-9326.

Making a decision as important as emigrating to another country can be one of the most difficult decisions you make in life.

For that reason, I believe you should not trust yourself to prepare all the documentation without help, because you could make mistakes that put at risk the whole process of obtaining your permanent residency visa.

You should take into account that you may lose not only the opportunity to become a permanent resident in Canada but also the money and time that has been invested in such an undertaking.

In the face of such situations, I chose not take any risks and for that reason I decided to hire the services of somebody really professional and with a wide experience in these processes.

The selection was not easy and after analyzing the Cost-Benefit factor and after doing some research, I found Avatar Incorporated on the internet.  I read the testimonials of other people and talked to my wife’s relatives that live in Canada in order to ask them to verify if Avatar was a Legal and Authorized Company and after some investigations they said to me that they are exactly what they offer in their web site, so I opted to sign with them.

I can now proudly say that I am not sorry for choosing them.  They are people that will fulfil your highest expectations.  They have demonstrated that they really have a deep and varied experience in the field of Canadian immigration.

To this day I still appreciate the sincerity of Avatar's staff and I can tell you that they are really very, very, good people.  They make you feel confident and calm at the same time.

I have the pleasure of fully recommending the services of Russell, Delphine, Desiree and Ryan Monsurate and the support staff at Avatar Immigration.  The results that they offer and their attention to detail is of the highest quality.

I would like advise to anybody who is interested in immigrating to Canada not to take the risk of preparing their documentation by themselves.  Leave this work to those who really know. Leave it to Russell Monsurate and Avatar Immigration.

I am excited now that my visas have been approved and the embassy has asked me to send my passports to stamp.

I feel very happy and I now can say that we succeed thanks to Avatar’s Great Work.

To: Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,

Thank God, Alhamdulillah, with his mercy, love, and blessings my dream of living in Canada is so close to coming true!!! Russell Monsurate, Delphine, Ryan, Desiree and the whole team at Avatar Immigration are like 'miracle workers' to me, who by the Grace of Allah, were able to work every day ( including weekends!! ), to help me reach my dream!

I have noticed from the emails that came in so promptly that these guys work on Saturdays and Sundays unlike most Canadians who are apt to insist on their 'private time off' on weekends at the very least! Not the Avatar Team and especially Delphine Monsurate who was an angel in disguise!

I came to Canada as a student in Calgary and, at that time, living in a country like Canada as a permanent resident seemed like a dream too far away to reach. But after I graduated, I landed a job at my prof's office and suddenly the opportunity to apply for a permanent resident visa seemed reachable.

On one very fine day in August 2006, as I volunteered for the Indonesian Community for the Heritage Festival I met with a wonderful couple who came to Canada with the help of Avatar Immigration Inc. They were Mr. and Mrs. Ariestiana and Yudhi Lesmana also like myself from Indonesia.

They highly recommended Avatar Immigration simply because Avatar had been so honest, trustworthy, open, communicative, friendly and wonderful in guiding them every step of the way. As usual, it took me a really long time to think about it. I thank Allah for bringing them my way. At the same time, Ariestiana and Yudhi were never tired of encouraging me to contact them.

Finally, on my own, I contacted Russell Monsurate at Avatar and everything went really fast from then on. My friends' recommendation and their reasons why they recommended Avatar have proven to be wonderfully correct and not exaggerated at all.

As a person with a lot of questions in her head about things, I always asked more and more questions, especially from Delphine Monsurate who handled my case. I knew some of my questions were so outrageously repetitive and perhaps unnecessary, but nevertheless, the team at Avatar Immigration, and especially Delphine, has been really-really patient and compassionate in answering every detail I had asked.

They also have been surprisingly patient in helping me resolve some wire-transfer issues during the first and second payments. It took about 28 days from the day my application was sent until I got my file number. Then after a little less than 6 months (on one fine Friday afternoon after I woke up from napping), I got a surprise phone call from Russell, informing me that my medicals had been issued and mailed to me. He also said my "interview was waived"

Now I am really close to getting an approval and I am confident, with the wonderful service they are presenting and maintaining, I will get my permanent residency in no time at all.

Avatar's service has been so exceptionally outstanding and their confidence in me really has made me feel so special.

They will go the extra mile (and they surely have with me) to make sure that everything goes smoothly for me. Such is service that I did not think I deserved :-) but received anyways.

I highly recommend Avatar to anyone who's interested in moving to Canada to start a life here. All correspondence to Avatar have been made through phone calls and emails. While some people don't really believe and trust this kind of service (and I've been one of them Avatar Immigration Inc. is the only exception), I have to say to you dear reader that do believe in what they do and trust that they do it for you only!

Sent to you dear reader and the Avatar Immigration Inc Team with my best wishes and prayers for your well being. May God Bless you all!

To everyone at the Avatar Immigration Inc:

We are so excited!

We were introduced to Russell Monsurate by my co-worker who is a relative of a successful applicant with his firm.

You dealt with our filing expeditiously by giving us quality service which was always accurate and informative. You were quick with responses to our questions, prompt and very resourceful with in-depth information and gave us expert guidance in preparing the relevant documents.

Honesty and trust are highly ranked in your company.

Our file was submitted in December 2005 and concluded in July 2007.  We were overjoyed with your business. Your service is very thorough and enabled us the privilege of not having to sit an interview. We received a waiver of interview which made the process much faster.

We will continue to recommend Friends and family to do business with you.  Thanks for all the telephone calls, e-mails and all your kind courtesies through-out the process.

THANKS FOR TAKING ME AND MY FAMILY TO CANADA. We will be landing in Pickering, Toronto in July, 2007.

BCPNP Testimonial

Dear Ryan, Russell Monsurate and Team,

We would like to convey our sincere gratitude for the outstanding and highly professional support you have been providing to us and our business proposal for the BCPNP program over the last 12 months.

Our requests have always been dealt with in a timely manner and your advice, be it on personal, educational, business or finance matters have been to the highest possible standards.

On numerous occasions, without your expertise, we would have had unnecessary delays or committed outright errors in processing our goals setting up a new company and moving our family to British Columbia.

This enables our family and our business to move, as planned, in the autumn of 2007 to the Fraser Valley Area and set up a new business in the mobile education industry.

If you are evaluating a reliable, friendly and highly professional partner who can give you the best preparation in your goal moving to Canada - don't look any further - you have found it in Avatar Immigration.

We will certainly recommend AI services to all our friends, colleagues and business associates.

Sincerely yours

** Testimonial Update **

To: Russell Monsurate & Delphine Monsurate

Once again thanks for the great support and advice you have given us during our two year wait, we are now at the point where we are only a few months from a decision which will hopefully allow us to realise our dream of emigrating to Canada to join over 50 of our friends and relatives who already reside there.

When we started off on this journey you explained to us how the points process worked and informed us that as we were borderline on this score, we needed to do several things to ensure success; luckily for us you had been predictive enough to see that at that time in early 2004 the waiting times were only half what they would be in 2006. Therefore the advantage for us was that due to the processing times increasing it gave us enough time to strengthen our case by ensuring that our points tally increased.

As such, following your advice I immediately signed up for a years course at Broxtowe College in French; we even took a holiday in Brittany to improve our language skills. Alison signed up for a B-Tech diploma in Tourism & Travel and then took an advanced course in the same. Along with attending countless trade related courses I persuaded my company to sponsor me to do a Foundation Degree in Business & Management with Leeds Metropolitan University and West Notts College of Further Education. Even my eldest son, James (14) has caught the `self improvement through education` bug, he won a coveted place (one of only two pupils in the entire school) on the course, Young Apprenticeship in Sports Management, Leadership and Coaching at South Nottingham College. We are very proud as he is a talented musician and sportsman; he plays for Nottingham Rugby Football Club (U15).

It seems that our life has been put on hold for the last two years; we are all so looking forward to coming over to Canada. I am looking forward to starting work in the Transport Industry; one of Alison’s relatives has hopefully got me a job with a bus company in Vancouver. Alison has done some research and feels confident of obtaining work with either Servisaire at Vancouver Airport or in one of the many travel agencies.

We are a family that loves the outdoors, last weekend we went camping in Ashbourne, Derbyshire……..we can’t wait to explore BC! James and I have set ourselves a target to take part in the annual Yukon River Quest 2008.

These are our dreams, you are our dream makers.

Dear Russell Monsurate and Delphine Monsurate,

I wanted to write to you a few words of appreciation in getting us through to the medicals. We have a waiver of interview and this alone has saved us 9 months or more!

The process was almost near painless as Avatar did all the forms and submissions once I had sent them the information. You and your staff were fun to interact with especially Delphine who was tireless, patient and compassionate.

Looking back, it seemed like an impossible mountain to climb, which became a hassle free and a well-organized process.

Avatar’s proficiency and reliability is second to none, and looking back at the entire process, I don’t think we could have done anything better or different.

Your team clarified my constant questions raised during the whole process very promptly.

I would recommend Avatar Immigration Services to any prospective client applying for Canadian Citizenship.

I am glad that I ran onto your website and I now look forward to moving with my family in the near future.

We are so excited at the thought of exploring a whole new life, meeting kind and friendly people and yes, most of all living in those 'wide open spaces'!

Thank you once again and best wishes.

We are happy to give a testimonial to Avatar having dealt with them for just under three years.

We started on this exciting journey back in July 2004, when we attended emigration seminars to start the ball rolling. These were followed up with more specialist personal meetings, where we filled in forms for assessing our eligibility and points needed for Canada. We did not, however feel confident with these large and very expensive agencies, so we investigated other options available.

I was surfing the net for suitable agencies when I came across Avatar. I looked up the meaning and was pleasantly surprised. Having browsed their informative website, I felt confident, at ease and comfortable with what was being said. We especially liked the meaningful quotes and simple spiritual messages, which, made us feel we were dealing with people of integrity.

Avatar’s fees were a fraction of the fees we had been looking at previously and unlike other agencies the costs were spread over the process, which made it easier.

We have always been impressed with their prompt replies to our e-mails and their patience when responding to our endless queries and questions often getting replies within minutes and often on a Sunday. Avatar never seems to sleep.

We would like to especially thank Del for always being warm friendly and positive both on the phone (when things appeared desperate for us) and also by email.
A warm thank you to Russell, who took the time out of his busy schedule to meet us personally in Vancouver during our research trip in May 2005. We spent several hours one evening with him, enjoying both his company and his wealth of knowledge and wisdom in many varied fields.

These personal touches made all the difference to us. It proves that business can be people focused, and is all the better for it. We certainly appreciate this.

Just a couple of days ago we received our final disposition (request for passports and those all important permanent residence Visas) having sailed through the medicals, just six weeks ago. (Del had been instrumental in tracing and chasing our case prior to this.)

Finally, with Avatar’s help and expertise, we are at the final stage of the process. This August 07 we hope to be landing in Vancouver to start our new life. Now, we are getting VERY excited.

If you are reading this and thinking of using a certified consultant, we would not hesitate to recommend and support the Avatar team.

“The main aim of mankind is to make man kinder”, Avatar does!

Many Thanks,

Update in May 2007

My Dear Russell and Delphine,

Using the opportunity I would like once again to thank you and the AI team for the excellent job you have done in facilitating our immigration to Canada.

The process of review and approval of our immigration case by CIC took less than 18 months. We came to Canada on 3rd April 2007 to complete the landing procedures and the see the country.

It was a great pleasure for us to meet you and Ryan in Vancouver. We appreciate your invaluable advice and guidance with regard to our future settlement and life in Canada. I am particularly grateful for your assistance in securing our PR cards. Both Valentina and I cannot yet fully realize the fact that we are now permanent residents of Canada.

We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver as well as the short visits to Calgary, Toronto and Niagara Falls. It goes without saying that Canada is a great country to live in - the nature is beautiful, people are friendly and there are all conditions for enjoying the life. We will definitely settle in Canada on completion of my current assignment in Afghanistan

I am looking forward to continuation of our friendship and would be more than happy to use your services and rely on your professional advice in future. I would also like to assure you that I will continue to recommend AI services to my friends, colleagues and all those who wish to immigrate to Canada.

Sincerely yours

Dear Del and Russell Monsurate,

I would like to convey my family’s sincere gratitude for the very excellent and professional way which you carried out your work as our consultant. We feel fortunate and blessed to have been introduced to you by the Oniretis to represent us in our Canadian Immigration application.

It was as if I was in a dream land when I received your phone call in Nigeria a few days ago intimating me of the excellent and thrilling news that the CIC has issued a request for our Medicals. I was really flabbergasted that it took only twenty – one days (21) from the day our application was filed to get our file number.

My family was equally astounded that it took only fifteen months (15) from the day our application was submitted to the day we were asked to go for our medicals.

The beauty of it all was the fact that we had an oral interview waiver. How did you pull it out? To be candid, our entire immigration process was virtually effortless on our part because you did the bulk of the job professionally.

May the Almighty God continue to guide you and bless you and you family real good as always for bringing smiles to so many families.

Once more, thank you immensely for the excellent job done and keep up the good work!!!!!

Hi Russell Monsurate and team,

This email is to convey my gratitude for the excellent work done by you and your team for getting my immigration application approved.

My special thanks to Russ, Del, Desiree and Ryan. I've communicated with all these people at one point or another during my processing. It took only one year from the time I got my file number to the actual approval (I applied from the USA as I live there). I also got my INTERVIEW WAIVED. I just finished with my medicals today and I believe that I'm very close to the final moment.

This all started with a casual search in Google about the firms through which I could apply for Canadian immigration.

It is only by accident that I came across this web site; but when I read, the profiles of Russ and Del and the rest of the team , I knew that I had found what I was looking for.

I initially applied for my sister and her husband (that was from India - it is still under processing) through Avatar, and I was very impressed by the amount of attention the Avatar team was giving that application (and therefore, to every application).

I didn't have to think twice when it was time to apply for myself. Russ and his team did a good job of preparing my documents; submitted it to CIC and I got my file number in less than 2 months.

Meanwhile, Russ advised me to write the IELTS exam.  I tried to procrastinate as much as possible, but a nice ultimatum from Russ did the trick. :) Within 3 months of writing my IELTS test I got the good news from Russ saying that my application was accepted by CIC without an interview... wow !!!

And here I am! I highly recommend Avatar for anyone seriously looking to apply for Canadian immigration without going through many hassles. They are committed: you just need to commit yourselves.

We started our quest for emigration to Canada years ago, 2004 in fact. We read most of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) site and started to download and print the immigration forms. You see, based on all the information we could gather and after days/weeks of research we concluded that we could only prove that we had 52 points.

This was 15 short of the 67 currently required by CIC for their Skilled Worker Immigration program. So we thought we would consult an immigration lawyer/consultant to assess if we had any realistic chance.

Having trawled the internet filling in numerous immigration assessments (and there are a lot out there), emigrating to Canada looked doubtful, they all said "thanks, but no thanks.". Things were starting to look kind of bleak. Persist I did, until I happened across www.russcanada.com, "another assessment to do" - I thought. Then I read some of the testimonials, hmmm, worth a go. So I filled it in and got a 52 point score back ~ as expected. It was then that this consultancy stood out from the other.

An email from them, not an automatically generated one, but a personal one.

After a little email discussion and a couple of telephone conversations it was determined by AI that Russ and Del would take on our cause. So, being a skeptic about committing to something so personal over the internet, I contacted a few of their previous customers (I found their names in the testimonial section).

After confirming the quality and attention to detail with previous clients, my wife and I decided to go forward and use AI. So I phoned Russell and the ball started to roll. We discussed every aspect of our careers / life history / exams / schooling possible until eventually the paperwork was all filled in and complete. So, from the original 52 points, and the thorough job AI did researching our backgrounds we found out that we actually deserved 72 points, therefore giving us more than required.

Our application arrived at the Canadian High Commission in London on the 9th August 2004. To my surprise, in September 2004 I received an email from Russ. Wow, we have a file number, so our application has passed "paper screening". Now we were back to the waiting game again, but at least we are over the first hurdle and in the running.

Rolling on to December 2006, we received the much awaited email stating that AI had received our medical requests. At last, over the next hurdle. But things for us have changed since 2004, there were 3 of us then and now in December 2006, we are expecting the fourth. Another test for the AI crew. We took all of our medicals in January 2007, with the exception of my wife's X-Ray. Our newborn arrived on February 26th 2007. Now back to the paperwork and AI provided everything we needed to add him to our current application. I am writing this in April 2007 and AI have just confirmed they have couriered the new medical request for the baby request to us. Exceptional service.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team at AI, particularly Del who has personally looked after our case. Russ has been an inspiration, particularly in the periods where a "boost" was needed.

So we are almost complete, final medical to do then wait for passport requests, hopefully going to land in the summer. It goes to show, listen to those that offer advice, trust in those that deliver. I would like to state that we would highly recommend the services of AI, I am absolutely sure that our application would have been rejected if we did not use their professional services.

A BCPNP Testimonial

Like many people on the treadmill in the UK we had harboured a dream to improve our quality of life. We had the opportunity to make this a reality last summer and coincidentally whilst on vacation in Canada we stumbled into the perfect place and decided to change our dreams into reality.

Another coincidence had us meeting an English couple there who also recommended Avatar Immigration.  Avatar had handled their BCPNP application in almost record time.

Changing dreams into reality is no mean feat and the enormity of changing our whole lives was daunting and stressful. However, from the first meeting with Russell and Ryan we felt we were in the best possible hands to help us through the administrative and emotional turbulence.

They are not just immigration consultants! Ryan not only dealt efficiently with our application, steering us through the paperwork, processes and advising on how to best present ourselves and our business plan on paper and in the interview to ensure success, but he also gave us confidence in our abilities and ideas. Let me tell you that in the middle of the night when doubts creep in, that really helped.

We had some people advise us that an immigration consultant was not necessary to get through the process, however, we certainly do not regret appointing Avatar. In fact we believe that without their services and support we would not be in the position we are in today from which we are looking at just a few weeks before we move to Canada, only 6 months after making the application.

More than that, they have given us the support and advice that has helped us to stay focused on our goal and to stay sane in one of the most stressful times of our lives.

We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering this step. Believe me, it really helps to know that someone is not only ‘handling’ your case, but is working on it almost 24 hours a day. I can’t count the number of e-mails we have received from Ryan in the early hours of their morning in Vancouver, to ensure that we received an update as soon as we awoke, rather than having to wait almost a whole day because of time differences.

Thanks to Ryan Monsurate, Russell Monsurate and the rest of the team, we will be living out our dream in the mountains, investing hard work in our own future rather than a faceless corporation, and becoming part of a real community. We can’t wait and we can’t thank you enough for your help.

Sincerely,

Dear Russell
and Team Avatar,

When I first thought about immigrating to Canada, like most people I went online in search of information. I came across many websites with information on how to apply, however, on most of these sites, I was given information which left with me with more questions than answers.

Next I turned to online forums but it seemed like people were there more to pat themselves on the back than answer questions, and even when they did I was never really satisfied with the answers. "A little knowledge is always dangerous"

That's when I started looking online for professional representation, because no matter what, I did not want my case to fail. I have heard of horror stories where people have waited 3, 4, 5 years or more, only to get a refusal in the mail.

I am so glad that after much searching I eventually found your site. Reading about your success rate and testimonials prompted me to fill out a free Online assessment – Glad I did immediately…otherwise I would just have delayed my own entry into Canada!

Your company was the only one to get back to me so quickly, and sometimes answered questions within an hour or two. I am now ecstatic to say I made the right choice with Avatar Immigration. They gave me an agreement with a full money back policy and on top of that split my
payment into three installments.

I am glad to report that my application is on track for completion and I received interview waiver! Getting a interview waiver cuts the processing time down by a year or even more, and these days with processing times trailing off into the horizon, every month counts.

With Avatar at my side, no stone was left unturned. They were so thorough that they even found even small inconsistencies in the information I provided them and corrected them immediately.

Del and everyone on Team Avatar Canada were very helpful and guided me throughout the whole process, many a times going out of their way to contact me even during weekends just so that any pending issues got resolved at the earliest.

I remember a couple of occasions when some particular documents were to be processed from 3rd world countries.

Their experience and fortitude helped me come through – when I had all but given up, their encouragement and confidence in their work kept me going. You were the best insurance money can buy!

Your are best….bar none !!! Keep up the excellent work !!!

I have already recommended your services to those seeking entry into Canada and will continue to do so.

Once again, A BIG Thank you very much to Del and all of the staff that helped process my application at Avatar.

With Warm Wishes and Best Regards,

Thanks to all your hard work we are now PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF CANADA!

Without you I doubt we would even have a file number yet.  At first we were not sure about hiring you guys to help because we thought we could do it ourselves.  After speaking to Russell and Del, however, we decided that as time was a major factor for us we should get your help to make sure nothing went wrong to delay the process (and thank God we did).

It has now taken less than 2 years for the process to come to completion.

We have met people who have applied for immigration by themselves and have waited 4-5 years.

it is so hard to speak to people from the embassy but Del managed to find out what was happening each time I asked.

Everyone at Avatar has been so helpful answering all my questions and helping me with all the forms and paperwork needed.  Ryan even talked me through programs I could download on my computer to make things easier for us.

We have been living in Canada for 4 months now and we love it!  Mike is working, and my oldest daughter who has started attending the local high school has made lots of new friends.  All of her friends back in England can't believe she has ski days with the school.

I would recommend moving to Canada with Avatar Immigration to anyone!

It the best thing we have ever done!  Thank you so much once again.  We could not have done it without you.

Best wishes,

I am very thankful to Russell and Delphine from Avatar Canada, who are helping me at every step of my Canadian Immigration Process.

In the beginning, I was quite hesitant about even getting started with the process.  There was so much information to sift through online and so much more that I couldn't even find online.

With Avatar at my side I felt confident about my chances of success. When I got started they were there to remind me to send them the documentation they needed when I felt like procrastinating and as a result I received a file number much quicker than expected.

I started using their services in February 2005 and then slacked off a bit. Finally, after they motivated me to get moving again I mailed them my documents and my case was filed in September of 2005.

I am now very excited to hear that I have shaved a good 6 to 9 months off of my processing time because I have received a waiver of interview.  All I have left to do now is get my medicals and Police Clearances done.

I am still working on it but Russell and Delphine are always there to help me. I am very happy with their speedy response times and once I get my Canadian residency I am definitely going to use them to help the rest of my family immigrate to Canada as well.

I'd like to thank all of the excellent staff at Avatar Immigration as well as the Visa Officer assigned to my case.

To entrust somebody with our future affairs was not easy to decide, but since the beginning of our research with Avatar Immigration Inc. our family felt that we were moving in the right direction. With every email we felt more and more confident that AI was the right company for us.

They were concerned about our case from the very first inquiry and lasted until our very last step through to getting our PR visas issued. Just like us you too will find a feeling beyond business; a care and concern that it is hard to find in this competitive society.

We are grateful, we are happy, not only for our new and different life, but also for having gained new friends and knowledge through our constant contact with AI.

Be assured you are delivering your dreams into very competent hands. You will all be very well guided.

Once again our deepest gratitude to Ryan, Russell and all the staff at Avatar Immigration.

Dear Russell and Team,

Hearing Russell tell me that my visa was ready to be issued was pure elation!

At the outset kindly accept our whole hearted gratitude for all the support extended by you and your team.

Your service standards have been consistent from the day we started the process with you......you made us feel special, your guidance was personal and not limited to just the immigration process.

Russ we chose your firm because some old friends of us knew you and highly recommended you.

Thank you for reminding us that we are responsible for our own destiny, that God always helps those who help themselves and that if we bring enthusiasm and boundless energy to our work we can create magic in our everyday lives.

You've also shown us how we could outgrow our comfort zones and how what we consider to be our current safe boundaries were once unknown frontiers as well.

To all you web visitors reading this, I want you to know that with Avatar Immigration Inc. you don't just get a visa.....you get the life wisdom of Russ & Del which is priceless!

Our best wishes to all of you that you continue experiencing causeless joy, limitless love, prosperity and abundance NOW and FOREVER.

Please find below a remarkable story of one of our clients, Mrs. Donna Kavangh.  Please note that this is quite a special case and is in no way a representation of what you may expect to happen in your own case.

The decision to move to Canada was taken soon after returning from a two year period living in Alberta with the British Military. Even as early as the return flight my wife Karen had decided that she would love to live there and within 6 months we started to actively seek how best we could achieve this.

One evening we were gathering immigration information when out of the blue an e-mail from Russ arrived informing us that he could assist us in achieving our dreams. We phoned him and after the call decided that we were more than capable of making the move and he was the right person to help. We were given Del as our consultant and this saw the start of an exciting journey.

The wait for any decision was at times difficult due to a number of delays caused by successful court cases from previous applicants and immigration departmental changes. This could have proved to be problematic as I had a definite end of service date that could have seen me without any fixed abode and unemployed. Throughout this Del could not have been more helpful and her enthusiasm and confidence regularly put our minds at rest.

We are now finalizing the move to Canada. Our house just outside Calgary is forecast to be finished towards the end of May and to date I have received a couple of job offers. My children still have fond memories of their last time in Canada and cannot wait to get their skis and ice skates on once again.

I cannot thank Russ and Del enough for the part they played in helping us to fulfill our dream. The process has been fraught with possible dangers but they have made it a comparatively stress free experience and at times enjoyable. We haven’t made it easy for them having lived in a number of different countries since the age of 18 and regularly requiring guidance and updates as the process has continued.

We were so excited when he heard that our Permanent Residence visas would be issued without any interview being held.  I regularly recommend Russ and the company to anybody who will listen and may wish to make the same move as us.

They have been fantastic and we as a family owe them a huge debt of gratitude.

Dear Russ,

This is to convey my joy, happiness and deepest appreciation for your kind help with my Canadian immigration application.

I just got my file number from Desiree's mail to me on receipt of my second installment payment. And this came at the best time for me raising my hope of good fortunes as I was recently attacked at home here in Lagos, Nigeria by hoodlums on the 26th of June's midnight. The experience was nothing short of horrendous with all our valuables and money stolen, and members of my family subjected to intense physical and psychological torture. And then, to say on resumption from a sick leave thereafter, I got my file number just 4 months from the date of my sending in my application to you; goes to say that God still has my family in mind and will not leave us to perish.

Immigration to Canada has been my life's goal and from the way things are going with my application, I just know that you guys are the most wonderful bunch. I cannot wait to be in Canada as I am believing God for the least processing time on my application as everything has been miraculous for us.

Thanks so much and you will surely get my referrals as this beautiful testimony is shared amongst my friends and relatives.

Thanks once again while I await the day which is quite close that we will all meet there in Canada.

It has long been a dream of ours to emigrate to Canada; the problem is where on earth do you start with something so life changing? Looking at the CIC website made it worse – loads of complicated forms and an overwhelming feeling that if we made a mistake it could be costly in terms of time, money and emotion. So we started looking for help. There were loads of websites with agents who “guaranteed” they would get your permanent residency visas – all very tempting, but very much the hard sell and bombardment by e-mail. Ironically it was the testimonials that you are now reading, that brought us to the door of the Avatar team. From the first contact we knew we could trust Russ, Del, Desiree, Ryan and the team to guide us through the maze of forms, points, NOC numbers, photos of a specific size, police clearances and so many other pieces of paper!

Del calmly dealt with our CVs and the endless list of addresses and education certificates that we threw at her, and in no time produced the most amazing forms; they just looked and felt professional. Then at each step of the way, a friendly e-mail told us what was needed next. The file number appeared in less than 2 months, despite processing times becoming depressingly and almost impossibly long!

It is fair to say that it has been difficult to await each stage of the process. It has felt like our life has been on hold while we await news, not wanting to commit to anything long-term in case the visas came through. A number of times we have been impatient enough to ask what’s going on, to see if there could be any way around the interminable waiting. Each time Russ, Del and the team have been so supportive and understanding. Where they have been able, they have asked the immigration authorities questions on our behalf; otherwise they have explained why there was a delay. Often it is the not knowing which is hardest.

So now imagine our delight when a happy e-mail arrived last week from Russ saying our medicals had been issued and we were at the last stage. What has made this even more amazing is that the interview was waived, which has saved us so much time, money and stress. So we are almost there. My wife is now blowing the bank account on new clothes and things for our new life, and I am happy to see her so happy.

I am sure that some of the things I have described, you have also been through. Perhaps you are feeling that the mountain that is the immigration process is too high to climb, and that it is alright for us as we on the other side of it now. All I can say to you is that you often have to work hardest for the things that are worth the most – but why not have some help? In every way I can recommend Avatar; they will help you and support you, but most importantly they will not push you into something that perhaps is not right for you, or for which you may not be ready at this time. You have nothing to lose by asking their considerable advice, and everything to gain. Good luck and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you Avatar. See you in Canada!

Dear Del/Russ,

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have lived here in the UK for 32 years now.  My wife and I came to the conclusion that it would be best to migrate to another country as we wanted a change of scenario.

For years I said to myself I would migrate to Canada and now I can’t tell you how happy and excited I am at the prospect of landing in Canada as a Permanent Resident soon. My dream has come true!

Avatar Immigration took care of most of my queries, doubts and anxiety. They were prompt and always there for me when I needed them. I was so very excited to learn that my interview was waived. That meant saving many months waiting for an interview date and then the agony of going to one.

No words can express the feeling that you get when you see the words “Congratulations, your file number came in today” or “Guess what, we just received a waiver for interview for you”. Avatar Immigration has given me that feeling, and I’m glad I chose them. If you want to move to Canada then get in touch with them immediately. They are at www.russcanada.com and they will make you feel very much at home!

Thank you Del and Russ for doing a great job for me and the family!

Dear Russ,

"I found Russ's company one amongst many helping acquire Canadian immigration. However, I chose to ask Russ to help my wife & I after reading his testimonials. They were filled with pages of dreams for which he had helped realize. They were inspiring!! I now find myself contributing to this page or catalogue as it has now become.

Russ, Ryan & Del became our guardians through the process. It may seem daunting if you're looking at the process & hurdles ahead if you're contemplating the move over to Canada. My advice is to find someone you can rely upon & trust to hold your hand through the maze. Russ called just over a week ago giving us the news that we'd been waived interviews & that all we need do now was to attend for our medicals. At the beginning Russ made us a promise; A week ago he delivered. There are so many sharks out there, of that I'm certain, who would be more than willing to take your money & your dreams and make life difficult for your journey. Russ, Ryan & Del offer a Rolls Royce journey: my wife & I hopped in & took a comfortable ride to our Canada Permanent Residency. I can vouch for & fully endorse their services. My wife & I are both doctors in the UK. We found it difficult to commit too much time to dealing with the necessary paperwork. Russ & Co. took care of that for which we'll always be grateful.

If you're in two minds about taking on Russ as your representative just drop me an email & I'll be more than happy to tell you about how he helped us. In addition, you'll find Russ to be an exceptionally happy choppy.

Bottom line: if Russ takes you on, you'll more than likely get your PR!!

A few words for AI: The story so far...

When my friend Claire first recommended Russell and AI to assist with my application for Residency, I was extremely grateful.  At the time I was living in Australia, trying to sell an apartment and raise the funds to return to Canada, the place where my heart resides.  Each month that passed, my spirits dampened a little more, and my dream of a new life seemed so far away.

From the first contact with Russell, I immediately felt hope.  Hope not only that I would have enough points to apply for residency and succeed - something I had worried about - but also hope for a bright and successful future in anything I chose to do.  Russell has a way of understanding the very heart and soul of a person and cares deeply about ensuring that everyone find their own fount of potential within themselves.  This is apparent in the respectful, humorous, and heart-warming way in which he interacted with me and as a result I am well on the way to realising my dreams.

My life was turned around in so many positive, healthy, amazing ways through my interactions with Russell, that I will treasure this developing friendship for a lifetime.  In fact, since my application was submitted I have kept in contact with both Russell and Del to keep them updated on my life and journey as I left Australia behind and set out on a new adventure; the end result of course will be settlement in Canada.

I cant recommend Russell and the AI team enough as they provided advice and guidance during the initial stages of the residency application.  Most importantly they kept me positive about the process, and gently kept me on track with emails and words of encouragement during the sometimes-daunting process of gathering the information required.  I would recommend that anyone wishing to apply for Canadian citizenship should first consult with Russell.  Don’t go it alone!

Years before when I first spent time in Canada I had contacted another agency in Toronto, they were very clinical in their interaction with me and it left me feeling as if I was wasting my time even considering residency.  I had also considered submitting the application myself, but each time I went to the CIC website it seemed I found yet another link and another possible hole in my application.  On the AI website though I found a wealth of information, and the testimonials spoke for themselves.  The free pre-testing on the site helped me get my mind around the reality of realising the dream of becoming a Canadian citizen. Plus, there was never any pressure or obligation.

I was never treated as a number or a meal ticket; I was always treated respectfully as a person who has chosen to relocate for life. Something that Russell himself has done and so understands the commitment and occasional self-doubt that this decision creates. Immigration is their business, and the business of immigration is all about people.  Each interaction I have had with Russ and Del was filled with heart.  I always felt like their most important client, and I know from other testimonials that they treat everyone this way.

Within one month of my application being submitted through AI to CIC I had a file number!!!  Meaning all of our hard work had paid off and I was deemed eligible to apply for residency.  My application was now being considered and was in process.

I was very lucky to have a personal recommendation from someone I knew and trusted who had used AI for her residency application and I will always be grateful to Claire for recommending AI.  Take this testimonial as your greatest friend if you are currently considering making Canada your home and consult AI first.  I am truly and deeply grateful to both Russell and Delphine for their assistance, friendship, and understanding, and for restoring my hope and faith that my dream will be realised.  I cannot recommend them enough.

May your dreams also be realised.

A soon to be Canadian citizen J

Hi There,

Well if your reading this I'm guessing that you are considering moving to Canada …great choice!

Hi My name is Tom Murray and I'm from Mauchline in Scotland. My wife (Rachel) and I decided to immigrate to Canada during the Summer of 2003.

Our friends had already immigrated to Canada.  Taking their advice we decided to hire the services of a professional. Now being Scottish I am naturally suspicious of:

1. Any business that asks for money up front.
2. and "guarantees" success... that’s just not how life works.

I must have been on dozens of websites and contacted at least ten firms asking for details. Out of the firms that did manage to reply next day none would help me with even the most basic questions without a fee. The whole experience of spending literally days on the internet, asking for advice, not receiving any and in some cases receiving advice I knew to be wrong made me so fed up I decided to process the application myself.

We even attended seminars in Glasgow held by companies that took £45.00 for telling us things that you can obtain from Avatar at the press of a button on their web page

Is this ringing any bells with anyone?

Now I am only going to give the reader two bits of advice.

1. DO NOT PROCESS THE APPLICATION YOURSELF.
I spent three months putting our application together. I honestly thought our application was bullet proof. We just scraped in on points, but still met the requirement. I was two days away from posting the application away when I happened upon the Avatar web page. What's this? a company that does not ask for the whole fee up front, and has a fee that is reasonable.

(I had a British Columbia based lawyer ask for $6,700 USD and a UK based consultant ask for £3500 GBP).

After calling Russ we decided to send our application to him "just to be safe and have it checked over". Russ managed to show us where we had missed some points and helped raise our score by 9%. More importantly he discovered some serious flaws in the application. These would have almost certainly have resulted in our application failing and the loss of our fees.

Through out the preparation of the application Russ, Ryan and Del always encouraged us to the point where we stopped thinking of them as businessmen and started thinking of them as friends. Emails were often followed up by phone calls despite the 8 hour time difference and the whole process was just so reassuring and pain free that I must have been mad to think of going it alone. 12 weeks later we had our file number, no problems.

To be honest my family and I were a little discouraged as the times at the CIC office just seemed to be going up and up. According to the website, on March 2006 they were processing 80% of cases in 43 months.

So you can imagine we were stunned and delighted when Russ called us to say we had to go for our medicals and more importantly had an Interview Waiver in only 20 months.

We were absolutely astounded it took this quick and I'm sure that it was entirely down to Russ and his team's enthusiasm, drive and professionalism.

Our case was processed in 50% less time than we thought, You can't ask for more than that!! Russ will also put you in touch with people (like me) who have gone through the experience, so you see we are real and do exist (lol)

I guess my second bit of advice is that before you consider signing up with another immigration company call or email Russ, Ryan or Del. Put them to the test. I don't think you will be disappointed. My wife and I dreamed of going to Canada for many a year, Avatar caught those dreams and turned them into reality, I like to think of them as our Dreamcatchers.

Kind Regards and Good Luck!!

Hi Russ,

Here is my story for anyone in the US given the new challenges with regard to employers being fined and the attendant uproar over the issuance of Visas to foreign workers.

Anyone would think that obtaining a Master's Degree in the US would be the end of all one's problems. They were the beginning of mine. Absurd as it may sound many firms do not want to go thru the hassles of processing an H1B Visa and was distraught at not being able to stay for longer than one year after my graduation. Yes, I would have to leave the country actually!

Over Half a Million People Jammed the Streets of Downtown
Los Angeles on Saturday, in Opposition to Proposed Legislation
on Illegal Immigration..

According to official estimates, the number of undocumented people grew from 8.4 million in 2000 to 12 million today

So, with a Masters Degree in hand and just one year left to live in the US, I was desperately searching for a solution, when a friend mentioned Russell and AI. I am now grateful to Divine inspiration that our paths crossed. Del was so patient and meticulous and always had a word or two of
