I am quite lucky (or I can say my God had shown me the right place) to

I was a single woman applying for immigration under the skilled worker category. I am still smiling in fact my cheeks hurt.. In fact I don't remember
smiling this much since I was I found russcanada.com, and although location in Vancouver, I decided to give them a call (the website was inviting, and being a designer, that naturally caught my attention). My conversation with Russ was pleasant, informative and very relaxing... not the regular "pretentious I am on a schedule" talk. I discussed my decision with my family, and their first question was "whom do you trust?" Needless to say, the 604 won me over. I was looking up Vancouver weather in preparation for my first serious conversation with Russ! Throughout the process, Ryan and Dell were courteous, and extremely prompt, and might I add, Ryan does send "smile your day will get better emails" free of charge! What can I say, in a time where trust is weary and time is ill spent, I found people who remind me of safety and good sense. Giddy with my finding, I shamelessly recruited two of my friends convincing them that the water in Vancouver reduces the appearance of aging. They didn't buy that, but they did like Russ!
So my new goal is to start a new chain "Russ degrees of separation" the
theory is, every sixth person you meet will have heard of Russ, and that
my friends is a good icebreaker, care to join?
Today, I can say that I would have never ever considered or had the nerve
to go through with processing my papers, had it not been for Russ, Del and
the staff at AI.

Dear Russ, There followed several weeks of frenzied activity, as we tried to assemble our documents and prepare our submission. Del drove me mad with constant requests for supporting documents and clarification of this and that, as she tried to make sense of our unusual circumstances. I lost count of the number of drafts of our application forms which went from Vancouver to Dubai, UAE to North Yorkshire and back to Vancouver again. Finally, all was completed to Del’s satisfaction, and we settled back, with a sigh of relief, to wait the usual 12 to 15 weeks for CIC to issue our AOR (or not, as the case may be!!). It was therefore with astonishment and delight that we received our AOR, indicating that we had passed the all-important paper-screening part of our application, not within 3-4 months, as we expected, but within 7 days!!!! A total vindication of Del’s insistence on everything being “just so” before submission. Thank you, Russ and Del, for your expertise, your professionalism and your constant, unswerving support. You have become more than trusted advisors and our point of contact with CIC, you have become our friends. We look forward to meeting you in person when we come over to Vancouver later in the year. From Kerala to Oman to Canada To all you internet surfers out there, I am quite lucky (or I
can say my God had shown me the right place) to have chosen Avatar Immigration

received it on the 29th of Oct, 2004. I later got the file
number on only the 18th Nov, 2004. Simply remarkable!

24th November 2001 I landed in Canada on the 31st of March at 10:35 am. AI was there to pick me up and welcome me and my family to Canada.
