A Testament to Love
-Spousal Sponsorship Cases-
I
fell in love with my husband on our first date, and since then we haven't
been able to imagine life without each other. It has not been an easy
road. I am Canadian, he is Cuban. We met in Cuba, and then lived together
in Bolivia for one year, where I was working and where we were married.
Irioski had never been out of Cuba, so it was a huge transition for him.
Then we found out that I was pregnant and decided that it would be best
for the baby to be born in Canada. We were nervous about the immigration
process for Irioski, because we had already tried once to get in a
visitor's visa so he could go and meet my family, and were denied. So we
looked on the internet and found Russ and Del at Avatar. I am glad we did.
Del was so supportive through the whole process. She gave me confidence at
times when I really needed it. She walked us through the whole process,
and it was great to know that the forms were filled out right, and that we
were submitting all the necessary documents the first time around. She
developed a personal connection with us by email before I met her in
person in Vancouver.
We submitted Irioski's application for immigration in November 2005. The
baby was due in May. By March, I had to leave Bolivia because my health
was being affected by the conditions there. I came home to Canada, to stay
with my mom, hoping against hope that somehow the Embassy would let
Irioski into Canada before the baby was born. Del was encouraging
throughout, and when we were getting really close to the baby's due date,
she wrote to the Embassy to remind them that I was due and needed my
husband with me. Miraculously, the Embassy said they just needed one
little piece of information more, and they would approve his visa. Del did
everything to help the process through as fast as possible, writing to the
Embassy, talking to me on the phone, sending the necessary info, etc. etc.
Our beautiful baby girl Kesari Anne was born on May 1st, 2005. Her dad's
visa had been approved two days before ---- a record 5.5 months from when
we first submitted the application! He didn't make it for the birth, but
he was here 13 days later, to meet his daughter and to start our life
together here in Canada.
Thanks, Del and AI for all you did to bring our family together. It was
absolutely incredible how fast his visa was approved, and I know it was
due to the knowledge of AI in putting together the application the right
way.
Dear
Russ and Team,
Thank you so much for all your help, support and wonderful words of wisdom
over the last 2 years. You have delivered on everything you promised plus
more!
Finally
I will be with my husband in our new home on Vancouver Island and we can
start our lives together.
We
could never have gone through this immigration process on our own. You and
your staff at AI were invaluable.
I'd be more than happy to recommend Avatar Immigration to
anybody who wants to have their immigration application handled with care
and finesse.
Warmest Regards,

Dear Russell,
The
first time I remember meeting you was in Bombay, in 1996, when my mother
Peggie Amer applied for us as a family to migrate to Canada. You managed
to get our paper work done in 6 months, which was pretty quick for that
time.
The way your company assisted us in moving from our home to a new
place, and made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings was something
that we really appreciated.
I
had this beautiful friend of mine, Edrin Lobo who I knew in Bombay, since
I was about 16 yrs old. We used to go to prayer meetings with a whole
group of youth students. We kept in touch for several years after I came
to Canada, and Edrin emigrated to Dubai.
Eventually
we started missing our homes, and decided to travel around India the next
time we went back. We planned to have a group of our friends accompany us,
and backpack around the country. But gradually we just seemed satisfied to
have just the two of us go on the trip. It was a lovely holiday, and
we had the time of our lives. We had started communicating over e-mail and
then telephone before I went on my trip to India via Dubai, and had gotten
very close to each other. The level of communication between us was unlike
anything I had ever experienced before.
Our
travels through India together only reinforced our friendship, and made us
grow in love with each other. We were at the Taj Mahal in Agra on the 13th
of December 2004 when Edrin proposed to me, and I accepted. We got married
on June 21st of 2005 in Bombay, among our family and friends. My mother
and sister flew down from Canada to join me there as you know, and it was
a beautiful night.
As
soon as I realized that I had to choose an agent to work on the paperwork,
I could think of no other company than AI to handle this most important
part of my life. I contacted you because you were quick and
efficient in getting my family's paperwork organized when we were coming
to Canada, and I wanted you to handle my husbands process with the same
skill.
I have been greatly pleased with the results. In spite of any thing
that may have caused any delays, you have managed to forge right through,
and get the paperwork done in less than 6 months.
His
visa is getting stamped on his passport as we speak, and I am so excited
to have my husband here with me, and to start our new life here. We are
definitely Indian, but we are also appreciating the opportunities that
this country Canada has given us. Thank you so much for getting everything
done as soon as you could, and allowing the two of us to be united again.
A very satisfied customer,
Samia Lobo.

Dear Del and Russ,
I
cannot thank you enough for not just getting me to Canada with my family,
but extending to us your warmth and affection, that only a close relative
would have given us in our time of need.
Del, you invited us to have our wedding at your house in Canada and not
only decorated the place for the great event, but also provided the
wedding cake and arranged for the marriage commissioner to solemnize our
marriage.
You
opened your house for all the wedding guests including our friends and
family and prepared the appetizers and drinks for the wedding toast.
Pablo my husband and I can never thank you enough for your generosity
which went above and beyond the call of duty.
As I write this to you, we have had our first experience of snow in
Canada. It is truly a magical scene that was made possible because of the
unrelenting efforts of Russ and the staff at AI.
I sincerely hope you keep helping
and changing other people’s lives, just like you did with us.

Dear Russ
I am writing to thank you on behalf
of Heidi and myself for all your hard work in assisting us through
the immigration process.
We are extremely grateful
for the way in which you made such a complicated matter both easy and
understandable. Had we attempted to complete the application ourselves I'm
sure our case would not have seen such rapid progress.
The understanding you
showed towards our situation was also a great help, as were the timely
reassurances that our application was proceeding as planned.
The fact that the service you
provide is relatively inexpensive, in addition to being
extremely professional, was also important considering all the other
costs involved in the immigration process.
Once again please accept our
heartfelt gratitude and rest assured that we will not hesitate to
recommend AI to others.
Yours sincerely,

My name is Jason Shultz. I live in North Vancouver and was born and
raised in Canada. I approached Russ in August 2001 to help me with the
spousal application for my wife who is an Australian citizen.
Russ is a compassionate, caring and very dedicated professional.
Thanks to you Russ, after only four months my wife has been issued a file
number, been provisionally approved by Citizen and Immigration Canada and
can find gainful employment and be covered by her medicals. A great burden
has been lifted off our shoulders.
Appreciate the excellent work you have done Russ and will recommend you to
all my friends.
