This program can allow you extremely rapid entry into Canada to begin working on your business.  Some applicants in the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program have received temporary work permits in as quickly as 3 months from the date of application.

In order to qualify for this program you must have a net worth of at least CAD $250,000, however, based on our experience the ideal applicant has well over CAD $400,000 in net assets.

Secondly you must be willing to invest CAD $150,000 in a business in Saskatchewan and then play an active and ongoing management role in this business.

Finally, to ensure that you follow through with your investment and active management of the business, you will need to make a conditionally refundable deposit of CAD $75,000 with the Province of Saskatchewan.
