Apartment in Prince Rupert, B.C.

In July of 2005 I purchased a third property here in BC; a one bedroom apartment in Prince Rupert, B.C., which is a small port town north of Greater Vancouver.

As you can see below this apartment is currently rented. There is a management company looking after the building and looking after finding tenants. 

I plan to hold this property long term.
