Nova Scotia has signed an agreement with the federal Government of Canada, allowing the Province to select and nominate persons interested in immigrating to Canada Nova Scotia for Canadian Permanent Residence Visas.

Unlike the entrepreneur immigration route, the visa you receive through this program is completely unconditional and unrestricted.

There are no other conditions that must be met.

- A Short application process

-45 Days until you are granted an interview

- Less than 2 weeks before you find out if you have passed the interview.

-The limit of only 200 applicants annually is being increased to 500.

-Visa has no conditions
 

The usual completion time from the start of the process until the day you receive your Permanent Resident Visas is approximately 9 to 12 months.
