My First Purchase - North Vancouver, B.C.

Before purchasing my first home in North Vancouver, I studied the real estate market and viewed homes constantly, over a period of 2 years.  I waited for the prices that had peaked in 1995 to fall to their lowest levels.

After waiting for just the right time, I searched the market and found an ideal home. I proceeded to purchase it at a heavily discounted price after some careful negotiating with the realtor and the seller.

My first property purchase, made in 1999, has now more than doubled in value and I own it free and clear.  It is a 17 year old, 3 level, 3000 square foot home, located just across the street from the Burrard inlet.
