We offer the following services subject to availability and sufficient notice:

1) Locating Apartments, Town Houses or Houses and placing advance deposits on you behalf.

2) Meet and Greet at the airport. We also arrange to personally escort you to your new rental taking care of your baggage requirements.

3) SIN AND HEALTH Card Registration.

4) Job Search Facilities: Preparation of Resume prior to immigration or arrival and submission of the same on site as soon as you are ready to apply for jobs personally. Local address, fax, email and recorded messages taken for the receiving of replies to you resume submissions.

5) Familiarization Tour of Locality: Library Card Registration and tour of the Community Center. Shopping/grocery trips for immediate supplies. Opening of Bank accounts and Debit Card/Credit Card formalities.

6) Your children are personally taken to The School Board for admission. You will also be advised on what to carry for school admissions in terms of documentation and inoculations etc.

7) Introduction to some of our existing clients here in North Vancouver to help you quickly integrate.

8) Tips on buying furniture for your new apartment or home and on saving thousands when buying vehicles.

9) Assistance with securing Temporary Health Insurance if needed.

10) Assistance with Customs Clearance and Airport formalities for any goods arriving later.

11) Assistance with securing Child Tax Benefit.

12) Information on how to obtain "Drivers License" and an introductory booklet on Road Safety Requirements. We can also book appointments for you to take driving lessons immediately on arrival.

13) Information on "Thrift Shops" and "smart shopping tips'.
