To become successful you must be a person of action.
Merely to "know" is not sufficient.
It is necessary to both know and do.

Immigration to Canada

Your Steps to Immigrate to Canada

Here is a general overview of the steps involved with immigrating to Canada.  You can see what the major checkpoints are on the path to immigrating to Canada and how our services facilitate your entry into Canada quickly and effortlessly.

Please note that even if you think you have the required points after filling out the online assessment, as many people do, the visa officer may or may not issue an immigrant visa.

Visa officers have a great deal of discretion in deciding whether to issue an immigrant visa or not.

Even if you meet all of the criteria of the category under which you apply, the visa officer can still refuse to issue an immigrant visa if he/she has the opinion that you are not likely to become successfully established in Canada.

On the other hand, it is also possible that in circumstances where you do not meet all of the requirements of the category under which you are applying, a visa officer may issue you an immigrant visa if he/she feels that you are likely to become successfully established in Canada.

Because of the complexity of the Immigration Act the Immigration Regulations and the great amount of discretion that a visa officer has, it is important to have the right guidance and advice when preparing and submitting your immigration application.

Steps

How we help

1.You read our Testimonial page and fill up our assessment form.

1.We let you know if you pass by sending you a positive assessment and a letter of acceptance.

2. You email us and let us know that you are ready to go ahead with us.

2. We send you our agreement to sign and fax or mail back to us along with your first installment.

3. We send you a very exhaustive questionnaire so that we get to know you and learn how we can best present your individual case.

3. We enhance your chances of passing by screening your qualifications, experience and lifestyle and advise you on how we can best present your case.  We can show you where the pitfalls lie in your application and guide you through any complications should they arise.

4. You send us your Resume or C.V. as well as all the other documents that we guide you to prepare.

4. We assist you in bringing your C.V. or Resume up to date if necessary and edit and present your case accordingly in a way that is easily understood by the Visa Officer.

5. We submit your application to CIC

5. We will thoroughly check through everything and make sure that your case is presented in the best possible manner and that it is free of any errors that could jeopardize your application.  We then draft a submission letter for your case in a way that will help ensure the success of your case.  Lastly we also reference the Immigration Rules and Regulations as they apply to your case to ensure that there are no summary dismissals.

6. You receive a file number from CIC after paper screening of your case is complete and reward us with your second payment

6. We will prepare you for the next stage and help you tie up any loose ends regarding your case.

One of the major stumbling blocks here is that all correspondence from CIC is time sensitive and if a client is on holiday for example and doesn't get back to CIC within 30 days their case could get closed.

Secondly since CIC will be sending the mail to countries outside of Canada, International mail systems can be very slow and unreliable and one lost or delayed package could mean a lot.

Not only are we located in Canada which has an excellent postal system, but we will also notify you as soon as we get a request from CIC using all the contact information you have given us and advise you on exactly what to do and how it can be done in the easiest and quickest manner.

7. We help you to submit your police clearance

We will provide you on information specific to your region on obtaining a police clearance.  In addition if required you may need to get police clearances from other regions, depending on your case.
8. Based on our previous case history, you can roll a die* to determine the probability of the following two options

a) You rolled a 1 and today is an odd numbered day of the month. You will be called for an interview

b) Otherwise, skip ahead to step 9 because you just received a waiver of interview.

If you are called for an interview we will thoroughly prepare you for the interview, as well as send you information on what the interview stage is like.

Many people who apply by themselves are called for an interview and then write to us asking if we can help them out by preparing them for one after the fact.  We do not offer this service separately.

We offer this service free of charge to all our clients because so few of them are called for an interview.

9. You are called for your medicals.  After passing your medicals you will receive your Visa! We will give you a list of DMPs in your area and help you with any questions you have regarding the process.
