Do it Yourself Kit

We used to offer a do it yourself kit to customers on a budget here at AI, however we have since decided to discontinue it.

This is because even though we were selling clients a kit that they could use to fill out all the forms, and which answered many questions, they invariably came back to us to ask for help with something they were unsure of or for help with other specific questions they had pertaining to their case.

This defeated the purpose of selling a "Do it yourself" package as we were spending more time consulting with these clients than we were with our full service clients.

In addition, a crucial service that was not included in the DIY package was access to the entire contents of your file at the CIC Visa office.  We provide this service for our clients.
