About Delphine

Delphine Monsurate is the Vice-President of "Avatar Immigration" . She acquired a Master's Degree in History and Political Science, a B.Lib. Degree and a B.A. Degree in History.

She completed her CSIC qualifying examination in 2004 and is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant and Full Member of "The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).

Del has over twenty years of work experience, part of it with the Toronto Dominion Bank, now TD Canada Trust as a Senior Accountant. She also worked for a Fortune 500 Company, Schlumberger Technical Services and was in charge of processing the payroll for over 400 International Staff..

Del has processed over 500 immigration cases, ranging from Investors and Business Nominees to skilled workers and spousal sponsorship cases. She has a wide variety of extremely satisfied clients who are currently Permanent Residents and citizens of Canada.

She makes the Immigration process a smooth and painless one for her clients. Delphine's seemingly infinite patience, immeasurable energy and attention to detail has endeared her to her clients.

Her interests include music, art (including the culinary arts), reading, writing, philately, psychology and metaphysics.
